Joseline Hernandez admitted on a recent episode of LHHATL that she accused Stevie of molesting Eva out of anger.
While she attempted to apologize for her actions, his daughter Savannah got angry and had to be restrained by security.
But Mimi Faust revealed in an interview that the whole story has not been told.
In fact, she tells Ice Cream Convos that Joseline actually paid her niece $2500 to lie on Stevie in court:
It was more than that. She then sent Child Protective Services to my home. I had a 90 day investigation with the state of Georgia. They came into my home. They searched my cabinets. They went through all of my stuff…wanted to see if these were proper living conditions for a child. She said I knew about the abuse. It was incredible. It was incredible.
With that being said, him and her were going at it very briefly but once she had the baby, everything was back to normal for them. And it was mind blowing to me.
They wanted to give my daughter a forensic investigation. That means they wanted to have a doctor look at my daughter’s private parts to see if she had been touched, penetrated…what have you…
Every time she gets mad, she threatens to expose him…he’s gay, he’s a drug addict, he’s this, he’s that. Every single time she gets upset with him. She says something out of her mouth to tear him down and ruin him. It’s the most incredible thing I’ve ever seen.
The only thing that saved this situation, when they went down to interview her [Eva], they said this is probably the most well rounded child that we’ve talked to. She was asking them questions…she was so honest and open about everything. They eventually closed the case because they didn’t have any evidence of anything. Every time they would try to get ole girl on the phone to corroborate her story, they could never get in touch with her. She wouldn’t answer their phone calls or she was busy. When she found out it was them, she would hang up. They could never get her on the phone to say anything after she made the initial phone call.
My niece, my flesh and blood, my brother’s daughter, she kicked it off. But my niece didn’t have a following. So when she kicked it off, she contacted her [Joseline]. Old girl had a following. She put the lighter fluid on the flame…and then she added her two cents in about his father and everything. It was just disgusting. It was disgusting. She also paid my niece $2500 to testify in court. She paid my niece $2500 to say this in court.
