Tamar and Vince pull things together for their DC concert.
Back in DC, Tamar flipped out on Vince just as the concert is set to begin. Tamar is aggravated that Vince was not at her sound check. She’s also upset that she has to do an interview at the last-minute. After Vince went off on production, he goes back to the dressing room, where Tamar is still ripping into him. She suggests he steps up and be the manager she wants in her own way.
“Now its time for you to step up and be captain save a ho!” – Tamar
Despite the angry outburst, Tamar puts on her best face and did her interview. Afterwards, her brother Michael, Jr stopped by the dressing room. Although she is disappointed not to see her father Michael, Sr, she is still looking forward to talking to him. She wants to move forward with what happened amid the fallout with their father in Mexico. However, she is unable to do this due to her schedule.
Tamar managed to hit the stage and put on a show that her fans really enjoyed. She was much more accepting of the sound her than what happened in LA. She also had the added benefit of Vince making sure she sounded her best.
After the concert, Tamar and Vince are out to dinner with all of their friends. During the dinner, Tamar gets miffed when Vince tells them that Tamar was really nervous before the show. She then flips it back on Vince, bringing up the fact he wasn’t there.
Things get tense when Tamar begins to grill him about not being at the sound check.
“You were frustrated and I just wanted to walk outside.” – Vince
Tamar says that Vince dropping the ball with things involving her career negatively affects their marriage.
Her friends change the subject and ask if she called her dad, Michael. Vince said her not calling Michael, Sr has nothing to do with him.
As Vince’s friends arrive for a visit, Tamar ponders over her surprising idea.
The next day, EJ and James stop by Tamar’s favorite spa in LA. While at the spa, Tamar seeks to pick their brains on a change she is thinking about. Frustrated over what happened at her last two performances, she asks them how they feel about her getting a new manager.
She explains that she’s been thinking about this for the past four years, and brought it up multiple times.
“Vince isn’t going to admit it but our relationship become’s strained over it.” – Tamar
However, she isn’t going to tell Vince yet because Vince’s friends are coming to town.
Once this conversation ends, James tells her about a surprise they have for Tamar.
Back at the house, Tamar is cooking lamb chops for Vince and his friends. Vince is excited about his friends making the trip.
When they get to the house, things start smooth. However, when Vince brings up the skin surgery, Tamar reiterates she doesn’t want him to have the surgery, referring to his confidence. Vince says she is just jealous of him.
“Ever since I’ve lost my weight, Tamar’s been my biggest hater.” – Vince
Tamar responds, “You tried it.”
EJ and James take Tamar “toy” shopping.
Later on, EJ and James take Tamar to her surprise, a s*x toy shop. They try to persuade her to buy a toy, but she is very apprehensive. Meanwhile, Vince and his friends head to a cigar shop.
While Tamar catches a cramp thanks to EJ and James showing her new moves to use in the bedroom, Vince’s friend asks about his marriage. He tells them that he just wants the best for Tamar.
Tamar seems to get excited to find products that can help her end their intimate sessions quickly. Tamar is hoping some bedroom toys can provide a spark in their marriage after she drops the bad news to Vince.
At dinner, Tamar drops hints she is ready for a change.
At dinner, Vince and Tamar bring their friends, including Benzino to dinner. Benzino brings up how he is working on his relationship with Althea.
When Vince’s friend Scott brings up not losing his identity while in his marriage, Tamar takes this as a cue to bring up how she doesn’t want to lose her’s. Vince responds.
“Don’t show me one thing on day one then 5 years later, show me something else. Who have you been for five years?’ – Vince
Things get tense between Tamar and Vince at dinner as they passionately debate this topic with one another. Luckily for them, Logan comes interrupts them, looking to be tucked into bed for the night.
The next day, Tamar had Vince meet her at a doctor’s office for an alternative procedure to the skin removal surgery. The plastic surgeon presents a laser and ultrasound option.
“He is gonna thank me later for this one.” – Tamar
Vince seems intrigued by the procedure and asks questions about it. The doctor encourages him to try it and Tamar is excited by this. Now she just has to wait for his friends to leave to tell him about her desire to get a new manager.
Tamar surprisingly tells Vince about her desire at dinner, in front of his friends.
The LA trip is coming to an end for Vince’s friends, so they head out to Malibu for dinner on their last night. When they get there, things start off well. Tamar asks his friends if they work with their spouses and they say they do. One of them even says that working with your spouse can lead to tension. Vince brings up that no one will work as hard as he does for Tamar. He brings up how things fall apart during her shows when he isn’t there. However, Tamar is adamant to make a change in management.
His friends tell them that whatever Tamar and Vince are doing, it’s working. Things get tense when Tamar slips up and brings up her desire to find another manager. Vince angrily responds, “Sure. Go ahead. You’re grown.”
Vince seems to feel like Tamar’s want for a new manager isn’t a savvy business move.
“For some reason, you feel like there is something better on the other side.” – Vince
The episode ends with Tamar and Vince’s friends, once again, in the middle of another argument.

Tamar seems so much more insecure and since vince Lost his all that weight I agree with him she has been such a hater doing this process maybe she doesn’t understand how unhealthy it is to be as big as he was at the same time I understand it’s dangerous for him to keep having surgery’s s but when you look at it either way he could die because he can die for being overweight or for having surgery. but no matter what you supposed to support your husband and I think she’s insecure because she knows or thinks that he may cheat on her or leave her now that he’s lost this weight that was her security blanket that he was very heavy and ill a lot and because of that he wouldn’t leave her or cheat on her.
