After clashing with Genesis, Sky is now preparing to go on a “spiritual journey.”
She leaves the nail shop to get her nail fixed.
Ceaser is happy Sky is at least trying to get her mind right.
His client, Fat Jewish, comes in to get a tattoo.
Fat Jewish is allowing his Instagram followers to pick the tattoo and where it will be located. He also wants the tattoo session to be done on Instagram Live.
“Aww f*** it, let’s do it.” – Cease
Sky meets up with Kathie, one of Richard’s baby mamas for spiritual help.
Turns out Kathie is now a spiritual advisor.
She cleanses Sky of “any spirits that don’t need to be here.”
Kathie says she’s sensing a lot of shame and guilt from Sky.
So she suggests that Sky comes for another session so they can make real progress.
Donna has a medical emergency.
One of Donna’s clients walks in but Donna is not there. Kevin calls her but she doesn’t answer.
An hour passes and it’s still no word from Donna. So her client leaves.
Walt says in a green screen interview that he thought Donna was past doing this.
Kitty calls her boyfriend and he says they are on the way to the hospital because something is wrong with Donna.
Two hours later, Kitty and Kevin arrive to the hospital to get an update.
Donna is pregnant but it’s a high risk ectopic pregnancy.
The doctors are going to terminate the pregnancy.
Sky returns to Kathie’s business for round two.
They do some yoga and Sky struggles.
Kathie asks her to release the negative energy she’s been having on her regarding a loved one. Sky takes a deep breath and says she feels lighter.
She’s surprised Kathie was able to help her.
Sky does some body panting to have peace. She decides to let Genesis go and prays that he will come back to her one day.
“I’ll never be able to do undo the hurt that Genesis has.” – Sky
Teddy comes in the shop and gets shows them the sneaker he’s going to be releasing with Patrick Ewing.
He says the money from sales will help him pay his brother’s lawyer fees.
Everyone tells him they love the shoe and this is a good idea.
Teddy suggests the shop throws a launch party to generate some buzz.
Tatiana says that she’s going through “family bullsh**.” – Tatiana
She says that her parents don’t like her working in the tattoo shop. They want her to go to school instead.
Walt snaps and says that it’s absurd that she’s acting like this is a real problem. He feels she’s lucky to have two parents who care about her.
“Shut the f*** up!” – Walt
Teddy tries to calm him down but he gets even angrier.
“F*** you Teddy!” – Walt
He storms out the shop.
Donna is still recovering from surgery. One of her ovaries was removed, so all future pregnancies will be “high risk.”
She cries and says she feels like she’s been robbed of a “life experience.”
Her boyfriend consoles her.
She wants to understand why this happened to her because she feels she’s a good person.
They kiss and tell each other they love one another.
Fat Jewish returns.
After Sky tells everyone she has been getting some spiritual guidance from Kathie, everyone laughs. They joke that Walt needs some too for his outburst the other day.
Kitty then tells them about Donna’s situation and she says Donna had no idea she was pregnant.
Fat Jewish comes into the shop to update Cease on what the tattoo will be and where it will go.
It will be Oprah on a horse, and a rainbow in his d*** area. Migos and Donald Trump will be sliding down the rainbow.
And the rainbow will turn into the Puerto Rico flag on the tip of his manhood.
Cease reluctantly agrees to do this.
Fat Jewish jokes and says that he’s actually getting a tattoo on his inner thigh. He says he wants a popular “horrendous meme” tattooed on him in the inner thigh area.
“The internet has spoken.” – Fat Jewish
The tattoo ends up being the meme of a toad on a unicycle.
When Cease finishes, Fat Jewish tells him he “killed it.”
Walt goes off.
Later at the shop, they throw a party to celebrate Ted’s new sneaker.
Teddy shows off the sneaker and says it also glows in the dark.
People sign up to buy pairs.
The woman from the ski house who was in Cease’s hot tub pops up at the party. Cease awkwardly hugs her and is surprised to see her there.
She says she learned about the party from some people. She then invites Cease to meet her in the bathroom in five minutes.
Kitty sees them talking from a distance and says she’s ready to leave the party.
Cease instead goes to the bathroom with Ted and they laugh as they refuse to let the woman into the bathroom as she knocks.
She leaves angrily.
Walt gets drunk and asks Tatiana how much money they made at the event. He also calls her a “b*tch in training.”
Tatiana tells him to back off and ask the right person, which would be Kitty.
“I’m good though. I ain’t the one in training.” – Walt
Later, he picks on her again in front of the group.
They start arguing.
“Why don’t you stop acting like an entitled b****?” – Walt
Tatiana snaps and starts pushing Ceaser, telling him she hates working at the shop.
“F*** this place!” – Tatiana
She storms out as Walt screams more insults.
Cease calls out Walt and says he didn’t have to treat Tatiana like he did.
Walt gets mad and says he can ask whatever he wants. Cease says that Walt is drunk and acting out.
They go outside and finish arguing.
Walt screams that he’s tired of people playing victim because they are all going through something. He himself has a lot he’s stressing about.
Cease gets fed up and walks back into the shop.
All alone, Walt screams nobody cares about him.
“Who’s my voice of reason… my shoulder? Who’s my ear? Y’all don’t give a f***!” – Walt
He walks down the street and is very emotional.

Is this Donna storyline fake just to get some sympathy for her? You just never know anymore.
So true. And you just don’t play around with something as serious as losing a baby. If it’s real, I feel for her.
They treat Tatiana so badly. I’m very disappointed in Walt.
Okay so was that pregnancy test Donna took in Korea wrong? I’m trying to figure out how many weeks she was.
I’m still trying to figure out what Walt does. He doesn’t do tattoos. He’s not a receptionist. He’s not the manager. So why is he there?
All Walt does is sit on the couch in the shop all day and crack jokes. He can’t check Tatiana about nothing.
I don’t know what Walt’s problem is but he didn’t have to act the way he did. As far as Donna is concerned, I hope she understands and appreciates how supportive her boyfriend is. If she messed all that up to sleep with Alex she’s a fool.

It’s real peculiar that all the women on these realty shows have miscarriages. I’m starting to feel like a lot of them are faking something very serious for storylines and sympathy from viewers.
