“Basketball Wives” star Jennifer Williams is on a clean up job of her own, telling her side of the story surrounding the rumor of Evelyn sleeping with Shaunie’s ex.
In a series of tweets, Jennifer decided to tell her side on how the rumor came to be.
Jennifer claims that Tami called her up about alleged things Evelyn did to Jenn while they weren’t friends. She feels Tami took advantage of her emotions to get revenge on Evelyn.
She also says that Malaysia’s name never came up in the series of group texts. No one ever told Malaysia to put a bug in Shaunie’s ear about the rumor, according to Jennifer.

Fans of the show responded to Jenn expressing their displeasure of how everything went down. And on two separate occasions, Jennifer doubled-down on not being the originator of the rumor. In fact, she replied to a follower that she would have never brought up the rumor if Tami never said anything about it, trying to stir the pot.
