Dame thanks Briana for helping with Boogie.
The episode opens with Dame and Briana talking about Boogie. Dame thanks Briana for helping get Boogie in rehab. He did acknowledge what happened with her and Kristinia.
Briana told Dame that Boogie’s out of rehab and doesn’t want to talk to Dame. As an idea to get them together, Dame suggests Briana take him to the “Honor Up” premiere. Boogie produced music for the movie.
Meanwhile, Romeo and Kristinia hang out. She says she couldn’t go to Vegas without seeing him. While they hang out, Tee Tee texts him. Kristinia notices this and asks about Angela. Romeo says he is a single man.
He then brings up the altercation between her and Briana, telling her to “bite her tongue.”
“Don’t stoop down to her level.” – Romeo
He then tells her that this is a wake-up call for Briana to stop pushing people away. Kristinia agrees.
Tee Tee angers Pepa with her hair party request.
Pepa and Tee Tee talk over wine. Tee Tee tells Pepa about Kristinia’s farewell brunch, and that Kristinia invited them to Las Vegas for a welcome party. They will get a party bus and rent a home.
Tee Tee also invited all of the girls to a hair party she’s throwing at Pepa’s house, despite Pepa saying she doesn’t know about it. In fact, Pepa said Tee Tee told her about this in passing. This irks Tee Tee because she’s the ambassador for a hair company that specializes at making house calls.
“Tee Tee’s acting like we’re cool, but we’re not cool.” – Pepa
Tee Tee asks again, and Pepa gives her permission to do it. Pepa makes her promise to never put her in that position again.
Once again, Vanessa and Jojo are hanging out, waiting on Angela to join them. Eventually, Angela shows up. Vanessa asks Jojo if he’s going to marry his girlfriend. Jojo tells them he’ll do it when he get’s ready.
Angela mentions she’s looking forward to not being single anymore but, she’s not interested in dating Romeo. Jojo dismisses Angela and brings up that there’s a connection between her and Romeo.
Angela finally admits it’s possible.
“Anything is possible.” – Angela
Kyndall’s shopping with Egypt, getting to know one another. She’s looking to growing close to Egypt because they are similar in age and lifestyles. Egypt loves her vibe. She also invited her to Tee Tee’s party. Kyndall texts Kristinia about it. Kristinia doesn’t want show up if Briana shows up.
Master-P and Romeo are hanging out. Both of them are happy they got to see C-Murder doing better in prison. They also hope Romeo can work out things with his mom.
Boogie and Romeo flirt in the studio.
Briana invites Boogie over to the studio. When he arrives, she pulls out a massage candle and pours it in her hand.
“I need that and your hands to come massage me.” – Boogie
“I can do that.” – Briana
Their flirtation continues until Briana brings up Boogie talking to Dame. He hasn’t yet and Briana tells him that Dame really wants to talk. Boogie says the intervention was sketchy because he felt he did it for the cameras. Briana tells him the intervention was her idea.
She finally brings up the movie premiere but, Boogie isn’t interested in seeing Dame at the event.
Briana and Kyndall hit it off at Tee Tee’s party.
Tee Tee and Egypt set up for the hair event when Kyndall shows up. Vanessa says she couldn’t show up and Kristinia’s not coming. Egypt tells Kyndall that Briana and Kristinia almost fought at Boogie’s intervention.
Kyndall says this puts her in a tough spot.
“…if s*** were to shake, I would have my cousin’s back.” – Kyndall
Tee Tee comes over and jumps into the conversation. Kyndall wants the know what’s the worst that could happen with Briana.
“Have you met everyone?’ – Tee Tee
Tee Tee takes a break from the conversation to show Pepa around the event and she seems impressed.
Briana arrives and Kyndall lays eyes on Briana. They exchanged pleasantries and hugs. They get to talking among everyone and Briana learns Kyndall is Kristinia’s cousin. Kyndall says Kristinia’s cool, and Briana says whats between her and Kristinia has nothing to do with her cousin, thankfully.
Later on, Pepa brings up a photo posted to Instagram of her and Boogie. Pepa tells Briana that Boogie needs someone like her in his life.
Angela’s mom sets her straight about finding a new relationship.
Angela’s back in New York, shopping with her mom. Angela’s not sure about getting back in a relationship. Her mom says that a relationship should be on the back burner.
“It’s still on my mind.” – Angela
Her mom tells her to not worry about it and to focus on her son SJ.
Tyran and Tee Tee meet up. Pepa invited Tyran to Dame’s screening and he’s happy about it. Tee Tee can’t make it because she has a date with Romeo. Tyran jokes that he can give her condoms if she needs them.
Romeo and Tee Tee go on a date.
Later on, Tee Tee and Romeo hit it off on their date, flirting. They share a toast and a kiss. During their date, Tee Tee tells Romeo Briana has a crush on Boogie. That surprises Romeo, who thinks that will work. Romeo tells Tee Tee that he relates to Boogie, because of his relationship with his mom.
He feels she’s “backtracking,” by writing a tell-all book.
Romeo feels bad that his mom told him that he doesn’t love her. Tee Tee shocked he’s being vulnerable with her with these details.
Dame gives Pepa a cold shoulder and Boogie doesn’t show up.
It’s Dame’s “Honor Up” screening and most of the cast shows up. Briana arrives and tries to call Boogie. Boogie doesn’t pick up and his voicemail’s full.
“I hope he shows up.” – Briana
Kyndall arrives with her husband and eveyone’s cordial. Briana’s frustrated Boogie hasn’t showed up. So she takes the time to pull Vanessa aside to talk. She apologizes to Vanessa and wants to work things out. Briana says she’s not standoffish.
“I get it that I am a little rough around the edges. But, I’m nice.” – Briana
Pepa showed up to the screening ready to confront Dame. The episode ends with Dame walking in with his family. Pepa didn’t get her chance to confront him.
