As they are staking out Isaiah’s parents’ home, Isaiah pulls up. When he hops out, Kerissa heads over to the car to talk to Zora. Kerissa uses this time to plead her case. She apologizes for “beating her down” with expectations. But Zora isn’t really listening.
Kerissa tells Zora that this is her last chance to come home because she won’t chase after her. However, Zora isn’t moved by this and stays. But when Kerissa leaves, Zora puts down her wall and begins to cry.
