“Love and Hip Hop New York” star Kimbella has had an on and off relationship with rapper Juelz Santana for many years.
In fact, the relationship has been the target of criticism since they have been on the reality show.
And it’s all because many never understood why Juelz never made any move to propose to her.
Well over the weekend, he did just that.
