Earlier this year, Ciara dragged Future to court because she felt like he skipped out on one too many scheduled visits with Little Future.
In fact, she claimed that oftentimes Future would leave their son with Future’s mother or Future’s grandmother.
There was also a complaint that Little Future was traveling way too much to spend time with his dad. Ciara felt he needed a more organized travel schedule and structure.
However, Future has not been responsive.
According to TMZ, Ciara is now requesting that the judge order Future into mediation.
And if that isn’t possible, Ciara wants a trial to settle the matter.
