Juelz is having a hard time coming to terms with taking a plea deal.
He’s also not on good terms with Kimbella.
But he decides to get a motivational tattoo of a crown to keep him grounded. Kimbella comes over to talk.
She says she realizes it wasn’t the right time for her to bring up his drug addiction. So she apologizes. Juelz is relieved that she apologized and he tells her they need to decide on if they are going to tell the kids he’s going to prison.
In a green screen interview, Juelz says he doesn’t want someone else to have to tell them the truth.
Both agree they need to talk to the kids immediately.
Joe Budden catches up with his mom.
He’s been clashing with Cyn and his mother wonders why marriage hasn’t been a priority for Joe.
However, Joe says Cyn hasn’t been acting like wife material. He feels she’s been acting crazy because she wants more intimacy.
“I want to have s*x. I’m too tired to have s*x.” – Joe
Although Joe feels she’s the right woman for him, he feels she isn’t marriage material in her “current state.”
Nya Lee and Rich Dollaz have a conversation.
First, Nya apologizes for going off on Rich the other day.
She explains that she was more upset with DJ Self than anything else. And Rich tells her she has to calm down because she has to convince people that they want to help her.
And she can’t do that going off on people she wants to help her.
While Rich admits that Sydney Starr was wrong to be aggressive with Nya first, he still wants Nya to help Sydney with her sound and image.
If she agrees, he’ll help her with her connections. So Nya agrees to this.
Rich tells her that’s great because Sydney just pulled up in a Uber.
Sydney enters the restaurant and speaks to both.
After she sits down, she apologizes to Nya for their blowup. She feels like she has a chip on her shoulder since she is a transgender rapper.
Nya tells her that she just needs to take the high road to be a success. Sydney agrees and both confirm that they can move forward and work together.
They toast and Rich is pleased that progress was made.
Cyn is at home taking care of the baby.
While Joe’s away working, she realizes the bigger issue is she’s just not happy anymore.
She has no idea what that means for their relationship.
MariahLynn is watching her little sister.
In a green screen interview, she says her mother is still on drugs.
Jonathan meets with her at the daycare to catch up. She explains that she’s open to trying to get full custody.
All of this is stressful.
As they talk, Jonathan tells her that drugs will make you a different person and cause you to lash out. So he doesn’t think she should take things too personal with her mother.
They then discuss Anais. Both hint that they feel Anais may be on drugs because she’s been acting erratic on social media.

Sydney heads to the studio.
She meets Jaquae and Rich there. Jaquae produced a track for her to get on.

Thinking she did well, she’s surprised to receive criticism from Rich.
Since things didn’t work out, Sydney meets with Nya to get some advice.
Nya tells her to rap the verse so she can hear it.
So after Sydney wraps up, Nya tells her that she doesn’t have to keep rapping that she’s transgender. She admits she hasn’t had a s*x change and still has a p*nis.
Sydney felt like that would keep a lot of people from liking her.
She also admits she didn’t tell some men before while dating and now she refuses to do that.
In a green screen interview, she recalls being picked on at school.
Nya relates and tells Sydney she has to forgive people who judge her. They hug and Nya tells Sydney that she will be there for her.
This has become bigger than just doing a favor for Rich.
Juelz and Kimbella are ready to be honest with the kids.

They then discuss how erratic Anais has been social media. She’s also lost a lot of weight and they worry about her.
It is said by Rich that Anais has been in and out of a mental facility for the last few months. Ruben committed her.
Anais can’t get released because she’s refusing to take her medication.
This brings Jonathan to tears.
Rich tells Jonathan that his friendship with Anais is toxic. Anais even said Jonathan got high and verbally abused her. So Rich says Jonathan should give Anais some time before reaching back out.

In an honest moment, Joe questions if Cyn she is going through postpartum depression. Cyn feels he is dismissive and he doesn’t make her feel important.
She reveals she’s been depressed for a few months and Joe hasn’t realized this.
Joe feels like Cyn should have said this to him months ago.
“Us is secondary to you and depression. I’m fine with us breaking up if you’re not depressed.” – Joe
He then says he has to go to work.
A saddened Cyn tells him to just go as she breaks down in tears.
