Angela and Romeo’s friendship is fractured.
The episode begins with Angela going off on Romeo at Vanessa’s party. Everyone at the party is watching them argue about the double-date. Angela’s assistant Katrina shows up and says the big deal was Angela rented out the skating rink at her expense.
Back at Damon’s studio, Boogie’s spending quality time with Dame and Rocky. Of course, Dame and Rocky tell Boogie they’re working on having a baby. Things get somber when Boogie and Dame reminisce over Aaliyah. Boogie knew Aaliyah as a kid and remembers vividly the tragic day of her passing.
In her interview, Rocky says she’s been visited by Aaliyah since being with Dame. Aaliyah looks after her and Dame.
Lastly, Boogie hears from Dame to do better as a parent than Dame did.
Angela hears about why possibly Romeo really skipped out on the double date.
Angela’s at a photo shoot for Fearless Magazine. The photo shoot is promoting her appearance at Fearless Magazine’s conference. This conference is going to be important for her as this is the first time she’s going to publicly address her broken engagement.
Of course, Angela’s nervous about the conversation.
Romeo’s antics come up and the photographer said Romeo felt some type of way about not being on a solo date with Angela.
Angela felt like Romeo should’ve spoken up about it.
Speaking of Romeo, he’s on the “I Got the Hook-Up 2” set with Master P. DC Young Fly and AJ Johnson are also on the set and are set to appear in the film.
Eazy-E’s family really believes there are sinister motives behind his passing.
Lil Eazy-E’s family is having a family reunion in LA for the first time in years. Lil invited Briana and JoJo to the gathering. Of course, Briana and Eazy’s past came up. Briana is talking to Eazy’s friend who she doesn’t remember from the yacht party. She calls his family nice and wishes she could have a reunion with her family.
However, she doesn’t get along with either of her parents nor either side of her family. Later on, Eazy talks to his uncle Donald and Donald wants answers too regarding Eazy’s death.
Meanwhile, Egypt and Kyndall are hanging out walking their dogs, recapping Angela and Romeo’s spat. They both feel Angela and Romeo would be good together. Next, they talk about Kyndall’s IVF treatments as she tries to get pregnant.
Angela gets stunned when asked about her engagement to Sutton.
Angela’s having her event with Fearless Conference and she’s the keynote speaker. She’s nervous about this, especially since she has to talk about her failed engagement. During the talk, she freezes up when she’s asked about if she ever wants to get married. Eventually, she says you never know when the right time is.
Later on, she says she felt drained when she left her relationship with Sutton. One piece of advice she gave the audience is to get out of toxic relationships.
Lil Eazy-E meets with one of his uncles to talk about learning more about his father’s death.
Despite the potential danger in learning more about this, Lil Eazy-E wants to do it. One thing he found out already is the death certificate possibly being doctored and his father’s doctor disappearing after the passing.
Vanessa reveals a shocking secret to Kyndall.
The next day, Angela and Vanessa go shopping at a clothing store that JoJo is modeling for and endorsing. While there, they recap Angela’s keynote. They also talk about Kyndall’s struggle in getting pregnant.
Vanessa is going to go talk to Kyndall and thanks Angela for the surprise party.
Lastly, Angela and Romeo’s argument came up and Vanessa says Romeo wanted a solo date.
“I really don’t get y’all. You act like you really don’t like him.” – Vanessa
But Vanessa lets go of the convo because Angela’s annoyed by it.
Afterwards, Vanessa sets up a chat with Kyndall. Kyndall tells Vanessa she wants to uphold the tradition of having a big family. However, Kyndall’s husband is having trouble producing healthy sp*rm.
During their conversation, Vanessa revealed she had a miscarriage before filming the current season. The reveal bonds Kyndall and Vanessa together.
Briana walks off set when things get testy between her and Lil Eazy-E.
Meanwhile, Lil Eazy-E hangs out with Briana for breakfast. During their conversation, their past s*x life comes up and Briana says she willingly left him alone.
“Your pull out game sucks.” – Briana
“Very bad… Very bad.” – Lil Easy-E
Lil Eazy tells Briana about wanting to investigate Eazy-E’s death and he tells her he thinks Eazy-E was murdered. Things turn interesting when Lil Eazy asks Briana about her father.
Surprisingly, she opens up about her family. She constantly argues with her mother and her father. Kendu does tell her all of the things he’s doing for other people but nothing else goes on in their relationship.
Lil Eazy says it’s sad how she and Kendu have a strained relationship while he’s alive.
“Well I don’t beat dead horses. That’s just stupid.” – Briana
“It ain’t a dead horse until he’s actually dead.” – Lil Eazy-E
Of course from there, the conversation gets rather contentious between the two and the episode ends with Briana walking off set and out of the restaurant.
