The most recent episode of ‘Black Ink Crew Chicago” was a controversial one.

Charmaine has made it clear on social media that she doesn’t like Lily using the N-word.

Last night, Charmaine along with Van and Don decided to confront Lily.

To be expected, things got tense.

They then urged Ryan to fire Lily from 9Mag.

However, Ryan decided that Lily should take some time away instead of firing her completely.

And it may be possible he didn’t fire Lily because he’s not offended by her using the N-word.

It was obvious that Ryan doesn’t care. That’s why Don and Van were so irritated. Ryan wasn’t going to do anything if they didn’t press him.

There’s always going to be black people who don’t give a sh-t about being disrespected. What’s new?

Ryan is not even black. He is one of those people who love being around black folks but would never defend us if it came to it.

    His reaction is weak!
