Angela and Romeo’s parents check in on them amid their beef.
The episode begins with Master P visiting Romeo who’s feeling better as he heals from his concussion. Of course, Master P asks about Angela.
Meanwhile, Angela’s hanging out with her mom at the gym she co-founded in New York. She tells her mom about the beef she has with Romeo over the double-date fiasco.
Both of their parents seemingly side with them respectively. However, Angela’s mom says Romeo felt disrespected by the double date offer and has feelings for her.
Boogie and Dame are worried about Briana.
Dame and Rocky are hanging out when Boogie stops by. Boogie and JoJo are starting their own company and they’re having a launch party for it. In his interview, Boogie recaps the long year he’s had.
Dame asks if Briana’s performing and Boogie tells him about the incident she had with Lil Eazy-E. Dame thinks Briana needs some help.
“I’m gonna check her because she owes me.” – Dame
Afterwards, Boogie heads over to the studio with JoJo and Romeo. JoJo shocks Romeo when JoJo invites him to his engagement party in New York. Of course, JoJo drops the dime to have him show up to talk to Angela.
Romeo’s ready to talk like adults. However, he doesn’t think Angela’s ready.
Meanwhile, Lil Eazy-E stops by the studio to chop it up with Egypt and Sam. They’re all performing at Boogie and JoJo’s event. Of course, they recap what happened at Briana’s party. They all conclude Briana needs help and they know Briana could show up and crash the party.
“All I know is she better not show up.” – Sam
Pepa’s packing up and heading to Las Vegas and Tee Tee is helping her out. Salt-N-Pepa’s residency starts soon and Pepa’s really excited. She’s really ready for a fresh start after her break up with Aundre. Tee Tee couldn’t of course go without telling Pepa about Briana royally cussing her out at Twist’s house.
And apparently, that was the last straw for Tee Tee.

Briana’s invited to Boogie’s event and Sam’s ready if things pop off.
Tonight’s the big night for the louche party for Faxxx Media Group; Boogie and JoJo’s company. As they’re setting up, Boogie gives Briana a call. He tries to invite her out but he only gets her voicemail. However, when he does invite Briana, he tells her to not wild out.
After the call, Egypt and Sam show up. Boogie tells them he invited Briana and Sam has no patience for the games. Egypt also thinks Briana needs help.
As night falls, the rest of the cast shows up for the event, Including JoJo riding in on a scooter. The party’s underway and it’s packed. As the event rages on, everyone who showed up appears to have a good time, which is pleasing to Boogie.
Lil Eazy-E shows up with DJ Yella to perform “Boyz N The Hood.”
Vanessa showed up and is talking with JoJo about the engagement party. JoJo tells Vanessa that he invited Romeo so he can talk to Angela, finally. They know that they’ve been both beefing with one another and they both hope Angela and Romeo will stop beating around the bush.
Meanwhile, Pepa’s coaching up Egypt and Sam before they perform.
Briana decides not to show up as the cast hits the stage to perform.
Briana also gets the text from Boogie about the party and request that she’d be on her best behavior. Speaking of which, Vanessa tells JoJo and others she was right when they tell her about what happened with Briana at the party.
While in her Uber, Briana calls her friend and tells them that she wants to show up to Boogie’s event but doesn’t want to see the rest of the cast.
Despite Briana deciding not to show up, Dame and Rocky did with Ava, putting a big smile on Boogie’s face. Master-P also showed up and drop props on Boogie. Of course, P also drops some jewels of wisdom on him too.
Egypt and Sam take the stage next to perform their song. Master-P’s impressed with the performance.
Next, Lil Eazy-E performs with DJ. Yella.
Finally, boogie brings up Dame on stage and they share a warm embrace and kind words.
JoJo pops the question and Romeo is flabbergasted when shown a photo of Angela on IG.
Finally after the event, JoJo and Vanessa are in New York and JoJo lets Vanessa about his proposal plan. He’s nervous and Vanessa easily points this out. Angela shows up next and she doesn’t know Romeo’s coming.
When he shows up with his friends, Angela’s definitely surprised. Despite the surprise, they seemed cordial with Angela shaking his hand. Meanwhile, Vanessa got up and gave Romeo a hug. He invites Angela to talk the next day and Angela gets shady.
“Are you going to be there?” – Angela
Finally, It’s time for JoJo to pop the question to Tanice. JoJo gets on one knee and Tanice says yes.
He then holds his daughter Mia and tells her, “Mommy’s gonna be a Simmons like us now.”
After the engagement party, Romeo’s taking to his friend Marlon when Marlon shows Romeo an IG pic of Angela.
“You f***ing kidding me.” – Romeo
