Jazmin refuses to discuss her husband with the psychic Sahara.
After Sahara says that there’s a shadow in regards to Jazmin’s husband, Jazmin shuts down.
She asks if Sahara has any certification, Sahara says she has certification from her ancestors.
In a green screen interview, Noelle says Sahara is spot on and she didn’t tell her anything about Jazmin.
So Jazmin decides to do like Britten and leave.
Imani is up next and tells Sahara she wants a reading because she was spot on about Jazmin.
A few minutes later, Britten and Jazmin return to hear the rest of the session.
After Imani asks if she’s going to be okay, Sahara says that she’s fine and God has been carrying her.
When Shanique has her turn, she says she was wrong to say what she said to Asha. So she apologizes.
Sahara says Shanique has been participating in fraudulent activities, Shanique says she didn’t lie because Larry was texting his ex while he was with Asha.
Regardless, it’s clear Asha isn’t ready to forgive Shanique.
Imani finally sees her sister Jasmine.
They FaceTime each other for the first time.
Jasmine says that their dad told her about Imani.
In a green screen interview Imani says that she’s a bit jealous that their dad has a relationship with Jasmine but not her.
Both women get emotional after they discuss how much they wanted to be in each other’s lives.
They want to meet each other in person next.
Shanique and Britten meet for dinner.
They discuss their disastrous sessions with Sahara.
Although Shanique claims she realizes she was wrong about what she said to Asha, Britten doesn’t feel she’s being sincere.
But Britten wants to get the ladies together again to hash things out military style.
Noelle and her daughter Gabby bond over a dancing class.
After they finish, Noelle asks her if things are getting better at school.
Gabby says things are getting better and she’s doing better in her math class.
Robert is hoping for a promotion.
He wants to become the lead clinician.
However, Shanique already feels like he has too much on his plate.
They then discuss how overwhelmed Shanique is with the kids while working.
It hurts her that she missed out on their daughter’s game.
Robert feels like she can take a day off and spend more time with the kids.
But Shanique says that Robert should take his own advice. He says he’s not the one feeling overwhelmed.
Britten FaceTimes Contessa.
She hasn’t met the two-week ultimatum Mack gave her.
But Contessa says she has no friends or real support back in Orlando. Plus, the career opportunities are better in Los Angeles.
So she wants Britten to keep looking for a house.
The women meet at Britten’s place.
Imani and Jazmin are surprisingly cordial. The two women even hug and say hello.
They discuss Sahara.
Noelle says that she didn’t prep Sahara beforehand.
“It seems like you did.” – Jazmin
Jazmin doesn’t understand why her husband was relevant in her reading.
Regardless, Jazmin doesn’t feel Sahara was really intuitive.
Everyone gets a bit thrown off when Britten compares all the drama in the group to her time in Iraq.
She tells them they all have a bond because no one in LA really looks like them.
Britten hands out dog tags with nicknames.
Shanique is Quintessential.
Imani is The Body.
Noelle is Zen.
Asha is Nauti.
Jazmin gets Runway.
Robert and Shanique clash.
While Shanique gets the kids ready for bed, she gets a phone call telling her a pipe exploded at one of the units she manages.
This stresses her out.
When Robert gets home, he scoffs when she tells her this and reminds her that her career isn’t life or death like his.
He then asks why the kids were already put to bed. Robert feels like they can stay up to 10 so he can see them.
Shanique then tells him that it’s overwhelming for her to balance work and being a mother. So Robert tells her to just quit her job.
After Robert says that they can just wake up the kids and she can put them back to sleep if he gets a call from work, Shanique asks him if he’s serious.
She then says he can change his schedule if he wants to spend more time with the kids.
Robert gets irritated and walks off.
