Remy’s husband Papoose has been diligent in keeping her from going back to prison.
However, it’s now a possibility if there’s any truth to the accusations made by Brittney.
Recently, Brittney hopped on Instagram with a black eye and told followers that Remy gave it to her. Both women were at benefit concert on Thursday night at Irving Plaza, in which Remy was set to perform with Fat Joe.
According to the New York Daily News, cops are now investigating.
And Brittney has already hired a lawyer who confirmed to the publication that she wants Remy prosecuted. It’s also being reported that Brittney went to the hospital the night of the alleged assault and reported it to the police the day after.
TMZ is claiming that the alleged assault took place backstage. According to Brittney, right before, she and Remy exchanged words regarding an attack on Remy’s stepdaughter that happened a few weeks ago.
It’s being alleged that Remy punched Brittney because she believes Brittney knew about the attack.
Interestingly enough, sources close to Remy tell TMZ there’s no truth to Brittney claims.
Remy is currently on parole.
