Angela, Vanessa, and JoJo’s dad Rev Run shows up.
Rev Run appears in LA with Angela and Angela’s trying a Vegan pizza Rev Run made. JoJo shows up with Tanice and Vanessa. With aprons brought by JoJo, they all whip up more Vegan pizzas. Tanice tells Angela and Vanessa details about the wedding. Vanessa wants to be a bridesmaid but isn’t gonna push for it. Meanwhile, JoJo asks Rev Run for advice as he’s having issues with Tanice regarding their wedding.
Pepa’s still in Egypt and Sam’s corner.
Meanwhile, back in Dallas, Tee Tee is happy Treach seems to be on her side regarding Sam proposing to Egypt. So, she goes to see Pepa to find out if she’s finally going to see things from her perspective. But first, Pepa gets Tee Tee to gossip about what happened between Angela and Romeo. Pepa seemingly takes it personally when she finds out that Romeo unfollowed her.
When they turn to Egypt and Sam, Pepa tells Tee Tee to support them both. She advises Tee Tee to just let them love one another. However, Tee Tee is determined to stop the proposal. Back in LA, Tanice gets greeted by JoJo with roses and takes her on a spa date. He’s looking to expand their family even further and wants to get her into the mood for it. However, Tanice wants to focus on their wedding and the wedding date. During their conversation, Tanice recalls her traumatic birth of their daughter. She had to have a C-Section and the experience led her to not wanting to be pregnant once more. So JoJo wants to talk to his dad about this as it’s a big red flag for him.
At Briana’s apartment, she’s cooking for her boyfriend Soso. She’s in love and been in love ever since she met him. Briana tells Soso about her conversation with Angela and is happy she’s having a sit-down with her.
Tee Tee gets shady about Sam’s finances.
Back in Dallas, Egypt and Te Tee have a spa date of their own. Tee Tee has her own motives with the date trying to foil Sam’s proposal attempt. During their talk, Egypt tells Tee Tee Sam’s being supportive of her trying to make a name of herself in music. Egypt notices Tee Tee still isn’t supportive of her relationship with Sam. Tee Tee tells Egypt Sam hasn’t proven anything and has $-300 in his bank account. She tells Egypt Sam needs to get a job and Egypt says Sam is going to work for Postmates as they are looking to get their music career off the ground.
Egypt invites Tee Tee to Sam’s upcoming concert to prove to her Sam has something going for himself. Meanwhile, Briana’s hanging with Twist and Boogie. Ava texts Boogie that she’s been fighting with Dame Dash and Boogie knows exactly where his sister is at the moment. When Briana and Twist arrive, Boogie tells them about Sam’s show where he plans to propose to Sam. The news ruins Briana’s appetite. She wants Sam to have nothing to do with Egypt, calling Sam a manipulator and a “hood hopper.” Boogie calls Sam a slave to Egypt. Briana brings up neither Egypt and Sam don’t have a job or an income.
Dame and Rocky are shopping for baby clothes and diapers. He’s happy that he’s with someone that’s pregnant and they aren’t fighting. But Dame’s mad with Ava as she got involved with Dame’s attempt for increased visitation for his younger daughter. Rocky’s heartbroken by everything and feels Rocky is going to regret this.
JoJo asks Rev Run for advice.
Meanwhile, Rev Run’s ready to give JoJo advice about his engagement with Tanice. Rev Run learns JoJo wants him to officiate their wedding. JoJo then asks for counseling from Rev and he’s ready sit down with them especially after hearing the two of them have been arguing. Twist meets Soso as Briana heads to meet up with Angela for their highly-anticipated sit-down.
As this goes down, Ava’s on the beach for a modeling shoot. As she sports a black two-piece, Boogie walks up embarrassing her. It’s been a while they’ve seen one another. As they’re talking, Ava’s beef with Dame comes up. Ava says she’s sticking up for her sister. She brought up how Dame treated her and their family. She tells Boogie that it doesn’t feel like she has a dad in Dame. Boogie’s fully aware of Dame’s short temper. But he’s surely in Ava’s corner.
Sam tells Egypt that Tee Tee really wants to be with him.
Back at Egypt’s house in Las Vegas, Egypt and Sam are working out in their home gym. Egypt brings up Tee Tee’s comments about Sam not having a job or money. Sam brings up Tee Tee hates on him because she can’t find anyone like him. Egypt’s frustration with Tee Tee comes out. She’s sick of defending Sam to everyone but Sam’s hopeful his show will show everyone he’s working.
Sam brings up to Egypt that Tee Tee’s jealous of her and Tee Tee wants him.
