Ceaser is not happy with Kitty right now. He’s convinced she slept with Ryan. And Tati is the one who convinced him. In Cease’s opinion, Ryan should be off-limits to Kitty since they are boys. So he decided to fire her from the shop. He also called Kitty a “homie hopper.”
