Angela and Briana squash their beef.
The episode begins with Angela and her friend/assistant Katrina waiting to finally meet up with Briana. Meanwhile, Briana’s getting dropped off by her boyfriend Soso and Lil Twist. Vanessa texts Angela hoping for positive things to come about. When Briana finally arrives, she immediately feels as if this could be an ambush.
Meanwhile, Boogie links up with Sam for a workout and they hit some boxing bags. Boogie hips Sam to everything that happened with Angela and Romeo, and Dame’s issues with Ava. He reveals to Sam that Dame is demanding Ava to have her mom hand over the company to him.
Sam then tells Boogie he suspects Tee Tee is a hater and jealous she can’t have him romantically. Boogie doesn’t believe this at all. However, he advises Sam to watch his back when it comes to Egypt and Tee Tee.
Back at the tea, Briana’s nervous and Angela’s short. Twist texts Briana to see if she snatched Angela’s wig. That doesn’t happen and their conversation goes well. They discuss what happened when they linked up 3 years ago. Briana says it wasn’t intentional to come at her in the wrong way. They both admit they did take indirect shots at one another and Briana says things escalated in her head when she heard rumors that Angela wanted her fired.
They completely squashed everything and feel much better about one another. Briana left happy and Angela’s relieved.
Lil Eazy E got married.
Later on, JoJo and Lil Eazy E link up at the studio and they talk about settling down. Eazy reveals he’s working things out with his baby mama. JoJo tells Eazy that a good woman can make a boy into a man. Meanwhile, Tee Tee and Vanessa have a girls’ night out when Eric calls. He’s throwing a cookout and is inviting the whole cast. Next Angela and Tanice join them. Angela and Vanessa seemingly argue when Vanessa points out how “cold” she’s been to her. Vanessa really feels slighted when Angela didn’t bring her to the tea with Briana.
Things settle and Angela brings up her frustrations with Romeo and Tee Tee tells everyone about Sam planning to propose to Egypt. Tee Tee reveals her reservations about Sam. It comes up that JoJo wants a son and Tanice’s doesn’t want to go through another pregnancy. Next, it comes up that Tanice wants 4 bridesmaids. She doesn’t want Angela and Vanessa as bridesmaids which is going to hurt Vanessa’s feelings.
Back in the studio, Lil Twist is recording for his album when Briana stops by. Twist reveals he has eyes for Ava. He saw Ava shout him out on IG and he sees it as a green light. Eazy’s party comes up and Briana finds out she isn’t invited. Eazy reveals it’s to celebrate his wedding and his family feels like Briana showing up may not be a good idea. She seemingly agrees.
Briana tells Twist they felt some type of way about her throwing the drink in his face.
Lil Twist stirs the pot at Lil Eazy E’s cookout.
Eazy has his family cookout and the cast slowly shows up. Eazy brings up to Tanice about having a baby and she suspects JoJo’s talking to others about having a son. Twist shows up and Briana is discussed. Eazy’s wife says she doesn’t like her, feeling like she’s disrespectful. Tee Tee shows up with her boyfriend Shawn. Boogie arrives and Twist brings up how he wants to date Ava. Boogie feels uncomfortable about this and wishes he’d stop bringing it up.
Sam and Egypt show up last and everything seems good. As Angela and Egypt are chatting, the rest of them are joking about Romeo’s appearance in an ICDC College commercial. When Egypt finally comes around, Tee Tee shows up. Boogie and Twist talk later on and Boogie reveals he wants to ask Angela out on a date.
Eventually, Eazy and his wife Aaliyah make the announcement about their marriage. Everyone is surprised but happy. After the announcement, Boogie awkwardly asks Angela out. In a green screen interview, Angela says Boogie is like a little brother. Meanwhile, Egypt looks on as Sam and Tee Tee have a rather awkward conversation. It’s making her uncomfortable and she hopes the two don’t make a scene. Not too long after, Twist hears from Boogie about Sam thinking Tee Tee wants him.
When Twist tells Tee Tee that Sam thinks she’s in love with him, Tee Tee almost chokes on her drink and has to walk away.
