Briana and Egypt link up.
The episode begins with Briana and Egypt getting a pedicure together and Egypt shows off her engagement ring. Briana hopes she can get Egypt to open up to her and let her know what’s really going on in her relationship. Egypt’s surprised to hear Briana and Tee Tee fell out.
Things get interesting when Briana learns Egypt wants to invite Eric and his wife Aaliyah to her birthday party. Briana feels Aaliyah needs to get over whatever hate she has for Briana.
When things turn back to Egypt’s engagement, Briana asks if she’s getting Sam to sign a prenup. Egypt says she will do that and she feels she isn’t making a mistake marrying Sam. And they won’t get married until they work on their finances.
Angela opens up about abuse.
Meanwhile, Angela’s back in NYC for a speaking engagement. During the event, Angela opens up about abuse experienced in past relationships. Romeo comes up in her green screen and she says that relationship or friendship is non-existent.
Egypt made it to Las Vegas for her birthday. Tee Tee is at Egypt’s party. But before Egypt arrives, Tee Tee brings up to Pepa how Pepa seems to believe Tee Tee has feelings for Sam. This conversation doesn’t go well for Tee Tee and she walks off crying, pushing the camera out the way.
Afterward, Pepa vents about Tee Tee to her nephew Zack. She feels Tee Tee could’ve stayed home if she was going to cause problems. Meanwhile, Erics suspecting issues when he arrives with his wife due to Briana likely showing up. As the rest of the cast also shows up, Tee Tee vents her frustrations to her cousins.
Egypt tries to turn up.
Eventually, Sam shows up with the birthday girl. Egypt’s excited as she can finally get lit legally. Egypt’s disappointed, however, Angela and Romeo didn’t show up. Angela reached out to tell Egypt she couldn’t make it but Romeo ignored the texts.
Speaking of Angela, she’s with her friends in NYC, celebrating opening up about her past with abuse. Her friends feel her speaking out will influence others to open up about their abuse and seek support. Angela brings up Romeo and says that he needs therapy himself.
Suddenly, Angela gets devastating news. Her mom calls to let her know her Grandmother is terminally ill. Her friends console her.
Things get tense when Briana shows up. Sam hopes he sees Briana get bet up at the party but Egypt’s happy she arrived. But Briana’s gonna try to ignore Sam. However, she doesn’t ignore Eric and Aaliyah. Aaliyah’s ready to confront Briana. Later on in the party, Briana finds Tee Tee on the balcony. Tee Tee says Pepa believed Sam saying Tee Tee had feelings for him. At this point, Tee Tee’s ready to confront Sam about this.
Tyran says this isn’t the best night to confront Sam. As this happens, Sam gives Egypt a gold necklace for a birthday gift.
Tee Tee’s heartbroken by her family’s lack of support.
When Tee Tee confronts Sam, Sam does his best to dodge the questions. Pepa sees this and springs into action, pulling Sam away from Tee Tee before things escalate. Tee Tee follows but Pepa doesn’t let her into the room. At this point, Tee Tee tries to leave. Egypt tries to stop her but it doesn’t work. Egypt still believes Sam. This breaks Tee Tee’s heart.
Back in New York, Angela reaches to Bow Wow to tell him what happened. Bow Wow calls Angela a special friend and gives her the support she wants. In fact, he offers to spend time with her when he lands in LA soon. Meanwhile, her mom tries to text Vanessa. As this happens, Egypt’s venting about Tee Tee shaming Sam about his lack of money. Tyran says his finances aren’t why people don’t like Sam.
Briana and Aaliyah clash.
Later on, Briana and Sam are talking and Briana calls him a liar. But this conversation gets interrupted by Aaliyah, who brings up Briana throwing the drink in Eric’s face last season. This escalates rather quickly. Egypt and Pepa try to calm Briana down but it doesn’t work.
The episode ends with security escorting Briana out of the party and Pepa saying she needs Briana to answer for this.
