Jazmin has made some major moves.
Jazmin and Shanique are still tight. They spend a lot of time together and their kids get along great.
Jazmin takes Shanique to her rental villa. She’s done a lot of work to it since Shanique saw it the last time. And Jazmin is proud of how well everything turned out. She’s glad she was able to prove that she can still make great business moves and be a doctor’s wife. Jazmin also has a concierge business, too.
Shanique and Jazmin toast to Jazmin becoming a “boss b*tch.”
Mack is living in LA.
Dr. Britten and her husband Mack officially live together in LA. Britten is happy that she was finally about to find a house and get Mack and the kids to move to the city. She almost thought she’d have to move back to Orlando. Britten also has a new job, too.
But Mack doesn’t exactly love LA just yet. Their new house is smaller and the kids like to sleep with Britten instead of in their own beds.
Phil is living out of town.
Dr. Imani and her son Idris are still trying to get adjusted to her husband Phil being gone. So he’s in Oklahoma to open up a new business and reinvent himself.
Imani FaceTimes Phil and he tells her how much he misses her.
The Atlanta women are in LA.
Heavenly, Contessa, Quad, and Toya arrive to LA. In a green screen interview, Toya says things have gotten better with Contessa and she hopes the LA trip will keep things that way.
They meet Jazmin at her rental villa and they are all very impressed. In particular, they love the views. In a green screen interview, Heavenly said she was wrong about Jazmin. She loves that Jazmin has success in her own right. She thinks Jazmin is the LA version of what Toya wants to be.
Heavenly asks Jazmin to throw a cocktail party and invite all the other LA women. She agrees to this and invites the Atlanta women to Venice Beach the next morning.
Britten throws some shade.
When Contessa calls Britten to ask if she’s going to Venice Beach, Britten says she can’t. But she understands Shanique and Jazmin have the time to go since they aren’t actually doctors and are just doctor’s wives. So they don’t have “real jobs.”
Jazmin and Imani still aren’t feeling each other.
Imani and Heavenly hang out and go for a walk while Jazmin and Shanique hang out with the rest of the Atlanta ladies in Venice.
Heavenly and Imani discuss Jazmin. Apparently, Jazmin doesn’t think that Imani likes her. Imani says she wants to like Jazmin “in theory.” But they don’t really deal with each other. Regardless, Imani says she can be cordial. Meanwhile, Jazmin thinks Imani went too far by saying the things Imani said about her husband and home. She can’t really get over the fact that Imani said that Jazmin’s house looked like a drug dealer’s house and she questioned what her husband was really doing professionally.
Heavenly angers Kendra.
It’s the night of Jazmin’s cocktail party. Dr. Kendra Segura makes her first appearance. She’s a OBGYN. She just had a baby three months ago. Heavenly shades Kendra in her green screen interview and says she doesn’t have the right stomach to be wearing a crop top. Kendra says more about herself and reveals that her husband is Chinese.
Dr. Courteanay is also an OBGYN and she says she makes women’s private parts pretty.
After Toya says that there are procedures to make men’s privates larger, Heavenly asks Kendra if her husband needs that procedure, Kenya goes all the way off. She accuses Heavenly of being a bigot and gets on her feet when Heavenly calls her a b*tch.
Jazmin runs over to calm Kendra down, and Heavenly accuses Kendra of being insecure about her man. And she refuses to fight Kendra’s “big a*s.”
Kendra and Heavenly make peace.
When Kendra is pulled away, she says that she’s not going to let her husband be disrespected. But Jazmin tells Kendra to calm down and not get in Heavenly’s face despite what was said.
Quad is then told what just went down with Heavenly and Kendra, and she says she’s used to Heavenly being messy and then acting like she wasn’t.
When Kendra comes back around with Britten, Heavenly apologizes to Kendra. Kendra accepts and the women agree to move on.
Jazmin and Imani become the focus of the party.
Imani arrives and doesn’t actually speak to Jazmin. Of course, Jazmin feels snubbed.
When Quad tries to do a thank you speech to give Jazmin credit for putting the party together, Britten gets annoyed. And Imani is surprised when Quad brings up Imani and Jazmin’s frosty relationship. But Jazmin says that she will talk to Imani a little later.
When that conversation happens, it takes place in front of the other ladies and Quad decides to moderate it. Britten tries to tell Quad to chill, but Quad tells her to mind her business.
Quad and Britten clash.
Regardless, Imani and Jazmin talk. And Jazmin says the apology Imani gave her last year was “childish.” Britten says that Imani didn’t say anything about Jazmin’s husband, just her house. Quad gets upset and says that Britten doesn’t need to be a part of the conversation. Things get heated when Britten says Quad “isn’t running sh*t.” This angers Quad and the episode ends with the two women arguing.
