All over social media, specifically Instagram, black people of all walks of life have been sharing a copy and past message inspired by the recent George Floyd protests all across the United States. Many black men and women shared the message titled, “I am a Black Man [or Woman],” and shared it with a selfie.

“Love and Hip Hop” executive producer Mona Scott Young decided to join in on the positivity and shared the message to her thousands of followers.

This post made rounds on social media and former “Love and Hip Hop Miami” star Jessie Woo shared the post on her Twitter account.

Jessie said that Mona does the exact opposite towards black women on the show and is worse to those that leave.

Later, a follower replied to Jessie, saying that Mona’s success from the show came from black women tearing each other down. Jessie agreed and accused Mona of blackballing those that leave the show.
