Bow Wow continues to flirt with Angela.
Angela Simmons is prepping and working out for her pop-up event and invited the whole cast. Briana got an invitation and doesn’t expect Egypt and Sam to show up.
While working out, Bow Wow comes through and Angela has Bow Wow box with her trainer. Angela thinks it would be a good idea to work out before the tour. Bow Wow gets winded early into the workout and then annoys Angela. Afterward, Bow Wow learns Angela’s stalker returned and he says Angela has to take this as seriously as possible.
Rev Run gives Vanessa advice.
Later that night, Vanessa goes to see her dad Rev Run. Vanessa didn’t participate in Angela’s body positivity photoshoot and she’s still body-conscious. Rev Run gives her advice about not taking her outward appearance too seriously and judging herself harshly. Vanessa then tells Rev about her plastic surgery consultation. Rev supports her decision no matter what she decides, as long she doesn’t get hurt. He then tells her that she won’t lose the weight until she gets happy with herself. Vanessa comes to the decision that she needs to talk to Angela about what happened at the photo shoot.
Maureen and Tee Tee talk about Tee Tee’s chat with Egypt.
Meanwhile, Tee Tee’s on the phone with Maureen and she’s annoyed that she’s still not engaged to Shawn. She always thought she was going to be married before being pregnant.
Tee Tee then tells Maureen about her talk with Egypt and how Egypt finally opened up, admitting she was wrong in believing Tee Tee was in love with Sam. Maureen says Egypt’s behavior has changed from what they know and she doesn’t have to behave negatively to assert herself. However, they have to support Egypt and can’t let her relationship with Sam drive a wedge in the family. Tee Tee, on the other hand, still isn’t ready to be friendly with Sam.
JoJo’s ready to defend Angela.
In JoJo and Tanice’s condo, Tanice’s mom is over and JoJo is cooking breakfast. JoJo lets them know that Angela’s stalker returned. He tells Tanice and her mother that he’s going to check the stalker if he shows up to Angela’s pop up event. He jokes that because of Angela being single, he has to step up to the plate and defend her.
The next day, Briana and Tee Tee meet up and Briana’s happy to see Tee Tee. Tee Tee’s emotions are all over the place and she is looking to Briana for support. Briana notes that all of her family drama is adding unnecessary stress to Tee Tee’s pregnancy. Tee Tee invites Briana to the baby shower and lets her know that Egypt may show up.
During their conversation, Tee Tee gets emotional and begins to cry. She’s stressed with everything and doesn’t know what’s going to happen.
Angela helps Vanessa regain her confidence.
At Angela’s condo, Vanessa stops by for their talk. Angela lets her know that her stalker returned and will be showing up to the pop-up event. Vanessa says she should get security and Angela agrees. Next, Angela shows Vanessa photos from the campaign. Vanessa says she wasn’t comfortable being in a bikini. Angela says she was just trying to help Vanessa find confidence with her body.
Angela’s happy to hear that plastic surgery isn’t for Vanessa. Instead, Vanessa says she’s going to focus on working out. Vanessa’s surprised to hear her stylist Jamar is coming over to try on clothes. Angela hopes this helps Vanessa get confidence as she went through the same body issue concerns.
JoJo and Twist get into it with one another.
It’s the day of Angela’s pop up event and JoJo is on edge. He had an apparent altercation with Twist while getting mic’d up. Twist says JoJo was getting in his face trying to tell him what to do. He feels JoJo needs to stay in his place so he doesn’t have to put his hands on him. But JoJo says Twist tried to swing on him as things escalated. JoJo managed to push him and Twist mushed him in the face.
Angela’s stalker is scared off.
All of this is shocking to Tanice and she does her best to keep JoJo calm and level headed to prevent things from escalating further. Meanwhile, Angela’s stalker shows up and JoJo notices. JoJo calls Angela to get details from her. Angela tells him the stalker showed up from Detroit to her house in New York. Despite the security, Angela says she’s not showing up until he leaves. So JoJo goes into big brother mode, confronting the stalker.
JoJo asks him why she feels unsafe around him and the stalker says he just wants to take Angela out on a date. JoJo asks him to leave and he does, for now.
The event goes on but the stalker makes it back into the event as Angela arrives, alone. Her friend Katrina sees him and approaches, asking him to leave. JoJo sees this and heads over to give Katrina backup. Katrina’s threat of getting the police involved seemingly scared him off. Angela tells Vanessa that she doesn’t feel he’s gone. Twist’s still at the event in chill mode despite what happened with JoJo off camera.
Meanwhile, JoJo tells Eric about what happened with him and JoJo, saying Twist took things too seriously. JoJo then talks to Twist to figure out what happened. Twist tells JoJo that he felt disrespected about what JoJo was talking to him.
