Reginae responds to body shaming.
Reginae Carter is no stranger to public scrutiny. And it’s something that she addresses plenty on “Friends And Family Hustle.” One thing Reginae will always do is speak her mind. So she had some words for people who keep criticizing her body.
While on Instagram Live, she discussed how much she loves herself. So she has no desire to make any changes. Reginae said, “You will not make me feel any less because I don’t have no fake a*s body. Okay? I love a person who wants to get made up and go lay on the table if they do as pleased. I respect them. But baby, I don’t want to. So I’ma keep my flat a*s. And I’ma keep my flat t*tties. And I’ma just, I’ma just do me. You get it? Okay.”
She added, “You guys are so irritating because you expect…you expect everybody to have a certain look. Baby, I am loved, okay? The n*ggas love this body. So don’t you play with me, okay?”
Reginae encourages people to love themselves.
After Reginae made it clear that she loves her body the way it is, she then encouraged everyone to also love themselves, too. She said, “You don’t have to change yourself, you gotta love yourself. Love yourself for you and I bet you somebody will love you for you. If you love yourself, somebody gon love you for you. So stop trying to change y’all body, stop coming under my comments saying flat a*s, get your boobs done…stop it. Please. Please stop it. I love my body.”
