When it comes to Yandy Smith, the “Love And Hip Hop New York” star isn’t afraid to stand up for herself. This is why the latest season has been an explosive one for her. Not only did she come face to face with her former associate Chrissy Lampkin, but she also had a nasty fallout with Kimbella Vanderhee.
Things got so heated with Kimbella that Kimbella tossed a drink on Yandy. Yandy snapped and tried to run up on her former bestie. At this point, it’s not looking like the two women will ever be friends again.

While the season wasn’t an easy one thus far, there is a bright spot.
Mendeecees Harris is out of prison. Due to the pandemic, filming for the remainder of the current season had to halt. But it’s expected that Yandy’s happy moments with Mendeecees back at home will be filmed when filming starts back up. To no surprise, the couple has been busy making plenty of business moves. So the empire continues to grow.
Things haven’t slowed down too much for them during the pandemic. In fact, the couple has been looking for music artists to work with on social media. They have been going on live via Plenty of Fish and MeetMe to have artists perform for them. With Yandy’s past as a manger to music artists, it possible she may be interested in focusing back on the managing side of the business.
So when one of Yandy’s followers asked why Mendeecees gets on Plenty of Fish and MeetMe to talk to girls, Yandy responded. She wrote, “We be on together. Who lied to you?!”
