Kat clashed with Ryan during her final season of “Black Ink Crew Chicago.”
“Black Ink Crew Chicago” star Kat had a lot of drama during her last season on the show. She told Charmaine and Danielle that she started hooking up with Ryan the previous summer. At the time, Ryan was also back with Rachel. So it put Kat in a very awkward situation. As Ryan continued to keep things going on with Rachel and bringing her around the crew, Kat could no longer stand it. So she called Ryan out. Of course, this led to problems between Ryan and Rachel.
Ultimately, it also led to problems between Ryan and Kat. Later on, Ryan would decide that he would have to cut ties with Kat to keep things with Rachel.
So he asked her to leave 9Mag. Kat did so tearfully, and she felt like she had been betrayed by Ryan. Before all of the drama, she believed she had a close friendship with Ryan. And he abandoned her to make things work out with Rachel. Unfortunately for Ryan, he was not able to repair things with Rachel after Kat left the shop.
Kat found success after leaving the show.
Since leaving the show, Kat has made it clear that she doesn’t miss all the drama. She opened her own shop in LA, and she’s been thriving on a professional level. Interestingly enough, she’s now thriving in her love life, too.
