Ryan Henry has shared his ups and downs on “Black Ink Crew Chicago.”
“Black Ink Crew Chicago” star Ryan Henry has been open about his struggles on the show. It hasn’t been easy for him to run his own tattoo shop. In fact, he’s had to walk away from some friendships in the process. But he hasn’t shied away from making the tough decisions that he felt were necessary for 9 Mag to thrive. While there are a lot of viewers who understand this, there are others who have been critical of Ryan’s past decisions.
Interestingly enough, Ryan has also been open about his love life. Since season one, it’s been clear that Ryan has strong feelings for his baby momma Rachel James.
They were high school sweethearts, and they have tried to make things work between them multiple times. However, the last time they were together, Ryan was accused of hooking up with Katrina “Kat” Jackson. This caused a lot of drama at the shop. In fact, Van and the others felt as if Ryan crossed the line messing around with Kat while he was with Rachel.
Ryan Henry hasn’t been able to fix things with Rachel James.
After things got very contentious for everyone, Ryan decided Kat needed to be removed from the shop. But the damage had already been done. And Rachel could no longer trust that Ryan could be faithful.
Regardless, there are still some fans of the show who are rooting for Ryan and Rachel to make things work. Recently, Ryan had something to say for those who are still holding out hope.
