Towanda Braxton called Traci Braxton out on social media.
On the current season of “Braxton Family Values,” Traci Braxton hasn’t moved past her issues with Towanda Braxton and Tamar Braxton. Although she’s still upset about what happened in Napa Valley, Towanda is now upset with Traci for some of the things that she’s said about Towanda’s boo Sean Hall.
Traci has said she doesn’t trust Sean. And she also took issue with the fact that Sean tried to get the sisters to hash things out while they were in Napa Valley. At this point, Traci believes Sean may be a clout chaser. She also accused Sean of always filming everybody when he comes around the family. So she doesn’t trust him.
Perhaps Towanda seeing Traci snap at Sean during Trina Braxton’s wedding was the last straw. After the recent episode, Towanda took to Twitter to slam Kevin Surratt and Traci. A viewer asked Towanda why Traci went off on Sean. Towanda said Traci is jealous that she has a real man and Traci doesn’t.
Towanda also accused Traci of trying to fight Evelyn Braxton at the wedding. When other viewers told Towanda she may be going too far with her tweets, Towanda made it clear she will say what she wants to.
Towanda Braxton discussed moving forward with Traci Braxton.
She had a little more to say during an interview with Shari’ Nycole for the Just A Thought Podcast.
Towanda said, “Traci’s still in an unsettling space to me in my opinion. I think that there’s a lot of things that definitely need to be discussed and until she’s ready to talk about the root of her issues, we can’t move forward but I will accept her where she is though.”
She also opened about something she didn’t like about “Braxton Family Values.”
Towanda said, “I don’t like how, especially in the earlier seasons, I wanna say season 3 or 4, how I personally was being portrayed as the jealous sister, the angry black woman, the woman who couldn’t get her stuff together. I didn’t like any of that because unfortunately because they didn’t show what I was doing, it made people’s perception think, ‘She ain’t doing this and this and this,’ but that wasn’t true.”
She continued, “And they didn’t show the fact that I was the only sister who supported everybody in the family who would hop on the plane if there was an issue or concern. I mean they would see sprinkles of it but they wouldn’t see the whole gist of it. Like when it was Traci’s birthday and she was performing, I hopped on a plane to be there with her but they showed that particular episode and scene with no one being there. But I was there.”
