There have been a lot of opinions shared about the RHOP reunion.

Although “Real Housewives Potomac” wrapped up season 5, a lot of people still have a lot to say about everything that went down. Of course, this makes sense since the season was the most controversial one yet. Candiace Dillard and Monique Samuels’ altercation had everyone talking. It caused division between the cast members. And at one point, things even became legal. However, in the end, all charges were dismissed.

But Candiace made it clear that she would not stay on the show if Monique didn’t leave. Luckily for Candiace, she didn’t have to make her departure because Monique decided not to renew her contract.

There have been a lot of rumors about Monique’s last-minute decision not to return to the show. And most of the reports claimed that Monique wasn’t happy about how the reunion was edited. Allegedly, a lot of scenes were cut out. This reportedly includes Gizelle Bryant having a meltdown once Chris Samuels began to press her about the plot.

Andy Cohen has been getting called out.

With this not making the final cut, some reports alleged that Monique felt like producers did a lot to protect Gizelle. Reportedly, Monique didn’t feel like she could remain on a show that wouldn’t give her or her family a fair shake. Plus, she took issue with the fact that Candiace’s Instagram Live video of her detailing the plot was not shown at the reunion. However, Chris and Monique’s Live was and Chris was grilled for his comments.

Andy received a lot of backlash for how he hosted the reunion. Many accused him of being biased. And they also felt as if Candiace wasn’t held accountable for her actions on and off the show.

Well, Andy has responded.
