Erica Mena and Safaree Samuels haven’t had the perfect marriage.
“Love And Hip Hop New York” stars Safaree Samuels and Erica Mena have had an interesting love story. They filmed “Scared Famous” together. And Safaree was convinced that Erica was the love of his life. But she just didn’t know it yet. However, he wasn’t going to let that deter him from pursuing her. And he hoped that he would be able to prove his love to her one day eventually. Well, he did. As time went on, they got married and even had a daughter together. Their romance has played out on “Love And Hip Hop New York” as well.
Interestingly enough, their downs have been shared on social media quite a bit. In fact, sometime last year, Safaree told his Instagram followers that he was ending the marriage. And there were times when people questioned why Erica wasn’t wearing her wedding ring in her Instagram photos.
The couple was able to make it through those hard times. But they had people talking after Erica accused Safaree of saying he didn’t want her to have another baby. According to Erica, Safaree said that she got too fat and he didn’t want that to happen again.
To no surprise, he received a lot of backlash for his comments.
Interestingly enough, it’s Safaree doing the airing out this time. Earlier today, he hopped on Twitter and said that getting married was the biggest mistake he’s ever made.
Of course, Erica clapped back.
