On tonight’s “Queen Sugar,” Blue learns of his acceptance to the prestigious school in Washington DC. After talks with Blue, Micah, and Nova, Darla and Ralph Angel have a change of heart.
When they notify the family of Blue’s decision, everyone is surprised. This leads to Aunt Vi and Ralph Angel clashing over it.
Meanwhile, while Calvin’s out of town, Nova interviews a man who was brutally beaten by New Orleans police. He was beaten so badly, he is now paralyzed. So, Nova’s shocked to learn Calvin was the one who delivered the harmful blow.
