Gizelle isn’t sure Wendy can handle being in the group.
The group isn’t talking much after Wendy went off on Gizelle and Robyn. So they eat dinner in silence until Karen heads back to the cottage with Askale and Wendy.
Candiace tells Robyn, Gizelle, and Mia that Wendy can be very sensitive. And Eddie is her trigger. Gizelle goes on to say that maybe Wendy shouldn’t be on the show if she’s breaking down like this. Candiace strongly disagrees. And she says people handle criticism differently.
Meanwhile, Wendy breaks down in tears and says Eddie is a great husband to Karen and Askale.
Robyn feels like Wendy may have always turned her nose up on Robyn’s relationship with Juan. She’s disappointed by Wendy’s comment.
Wendy says she’s disappointed in Robyn because she acts differently when she’s around Gizelle. Askale agrees. She says that she didn’t like that Robyn didn’t call Gizelle out about her messy behavior.
Robyn has new feelings about Wendy.
Michael surprises Ashley with a ring that has their family’s birthstones and birthdates engraved on it. In a green screen interview, Ashley says Michael has changed a lot. And she’s grateful.
Askale, Robyn, Candiace, and Gizelle hang out at the pool. They discuss the blowup with Wendy. And Askale tells Robyn that it doesn’t seem like she ever calls Gizelle out about anything. Gizelle disagrees. She says Robyn does tell her about herself. In a green screen interview, Robyn says it’s interesting that Wendy shaded her relationship with Juan. This is true especially since Wendy was the happiest the day Juan proposed.
Wendy isn’t ready to talk to Gizelle.
When Wendy arrives at the pool, it gets awkward. But Gizelle tells her she would like for them to talk about what happened at some point. But Wendy doesn’t respond. In a green screen interview, Gizelle says that Wendy is acting like she’s in high school. After Mia reveals she had an emergency c section and her ex-husband played video games, Robyn admits Juan missed her son Carter’s birth because they weren’t on good terms.
Candiace asks the ladies to be in her music video for her song, “Drive Back.” So they learn some choreography. They are divided into different teams to compete. The winning team will be in the video. Karen ends up winning. But Candiace tells everyone they can be in the video anyway.
Mia passes on some information.
Karen takes Wendy and Mia to her ceremony in her hometown of Surry County. She’s officially an ambassador. Ray surprises Karen with flowers and he urges Karen to tell everyone what she’s adding to her La Dame line. She’s going to be launching aromatherapy products, including a candle. Wendy wonders why Karen didn’t tell her about this when she was asking Karen to give her advice about her candle line.
Wendy is discussed after Gizelle, Robyn, Candiace, and Askale wrap up a game of tennis. Robyn says Wendy’s comments about Juan were offensive. So she doesn’t want to invite her to the wedding or the festivities.
On the way back to Williamsburg, Mia tells Wendy and Karen that Gizelle said Wendy shouldn’t be in the group if she’s going to be a “weak b*tch.” The producers flash back to the scene. Gizelle never called Wendy a “weak b*tch.”
Robyn confronts Wendy.
The ladies get together at the main house for the last dinner. Juan calls Robyn and since Wendy is nearby, Robyn sarcastically tells him she found out they are in a fake relationship. After they hang up, Robyn asks Wendy if she’s ignoring her too.
Wendy says she’s not ignoring Robyn and she apologizes for offending her. Robyn says this is “bullsh*t.” And it was fake of Wendy to be excited at her proposal and then make the comments she made later. Regardless, Wendy still apologizes. But she wants Robyn to understand she hurt Wendy’s feelings, too. Interestingly enough, Wendy isn’t trying to move forward with Gizelle. She asks Gizelle if she called her a “weak b*tch.” Gizelle denies this and tells Mia that is not what she said. Candiace and Robyn then jump in and back Gizelle up. Regardless, Wendy tells Gizelle that whatever comes from her mouth doesn’t matter. Her marriage to Eddie is strong. And Karen is proud to see Wendy stand up to Gizelle
