“Black Ink Crew Chicago” star Ryan Henry was put on blast months ago on social media. His former friend Anthony Lindsey accused him of sleeping with his baby momma. Anthony went on to tell his followers that he felt very betrayed. Ryan was his son’s godfather. They had been close for years. But the worst part of it all for Anthony is he didn’t find out what Ryan had been doing from Ryan himself. It was Anthony’s son who found text messages between Ryan and Anthony’s baby momma. And he alerted Anthony to what he discovered which led to Ryan finally confessing about what transpired behind Anthony’s back.
After this story went viral on social media, Ryan addressed it all on Instagram Live. He admitted to sleeping with Anthony’s ex. He also said that he understands he was wrong. And the moment was just a really dark time in his life. For Ryan, the whole situation was just confirmation that he needed therapy to process the things internally that were causing him to hurt those closest to him.
On the season premiere of “Black Ink Crew Chicago,” Ryan decided to hash things out with Anthony in front of the cameras. While he did tell Anthony what he did was wrong, Ryan also said he felt betrayed that Anthony told Rachel James what happened. In Ryan’s opinion, Anthony did this to get revenge.
So some fans of the show felt as if Ryan wasn’t really sorry for what he did.
Well, Ryan recently responded when someone accused him of trying to play like he’s the victim of the situation.
