RHOA has been an evolution for Porsha Williams.
Porsha Williams feels like she had an amazing evolution during her time on “Real Housewives of Atlanta.” When she first came on the show, she was married to former NFL player Kordell Stewart. Their marriage didn’t last. And Porsha worried that being divorced would result in being fired from the show. However, producers were still interested in her story. And over the years, she became one of the fan favorites. Despite this, Porsha still had her share of controversies. One of course was the physical altercation she had with Kenya Moore. Although Kenya feels Porsha was wrong to make it physical, Porsha believed Kenya provoked her with a megaphone. The cast rallied around Porsha and she wasn’t fired for the incident.
Another controversial moment was when Porsha told Kandi Burruss she heard Kandi said that she and Todd Tucker wanted to drug Porsha so they could have their way with her in their s*x dungeon. When the reunion rolled around, Porsha revealed that it was Phaedra Parks who told her this.
A former producer spoke out.
The accusations were false. Kandi was devastated. Porsha broke down in tears and said she felt used by Phaedra. Phaedra was the one who was fired from the show. And Porsha had to deal with the backlash from fans and some of her cast members for the situation.
Well, recently, a former RHOA producer brought this up. And he said that he felt like Porsha was unfairly being attacked so he stepped in to intervene by telling Porsha to apologize to Kandi again because he felt those in power were just trying to make Porsha look bad.
Interestingly enough, some fans of the show feel the admission just gives life to the suspicion that Porsha may receive too much favoritism from producers.
