It’s about protecting Porsha’s feelings.
Dennis vents his frustrations to Lauren. He doesn’t think the family retreat has been successful so far. In his opinion, Porsha hasn’t been doing the work for everyone to move forward. Lauren says she calls Porsha out in private. But they are trying to be sensitive to her feelings because she’s getting so much backlash on social media.
Porsha’s assistant Dominique confronts Dennis about threatening to beat him up. The woman Dennis cheated with while Porsha was pregnant ended up getting rehired at his lounge. He says he’s not the one who rehired her. But Dominique went back and told Porsha. And that led to him and Porsha breaking up again.
For Dennis, it’s just important that they all get on the same page for PJ. But he does have reservations about Simon being married three times. It was also strange to him that Simon said he had a professional moving company he likes to call after his breakups. Porsha’s family is also concerned about his failed marriages.
Porsha is doing the work necessary, according to Lauren.
Lauren and Porsha discuss Dennis. Porsha says she doesn’t have a problem with Dennis bringing a woman to the resort. Her issue is that this is a family retreat, so it wasn’t the time for this. When it comes to Momma Gina, Porsha doesn’t believe that she can truly integrate Gina into her family. They just have too many issues. And it doesn’t seem like she’s even on the retreat for anyone else but Dennis.
Porsha also accuses Gina of taunting her about Dennis having a woman in Mexico. Lauren wants Porsha to be real and acknowledge her hypocrisy. But Porsha says Gina doesn’t have to be her family only PJ’s.
Lauren doesn’t think Porsha has been doing any work on herself. She’s not opening up. But Porsha says she has fixed herself. Porsha thinks God is all she needs so she’s not open to seeing a therapist.
Porsha breaks down in tears and says she doesn’t feel like their parents blended their family. So she wanted to make sure this won’t be the case for PJ.
Dominique is called out.
Dennis hangs out with Porsha’s assistant Lauren, Dominique, and Londie. They answer questions and drink Tequila. Lauren says she saw Porsha recently pee on a stick because she thought she was pregnant. Londie says she isn’t close to Porsha because she doesn’t kiss Porsha’s butt. And Porsha only likes to be around people who will kiss her butt.
When Porsha’s cousin Storm is discussed, Dennis says he never messed around with her. And he thinks that’s Storm’s real issue with him.
Dominique makes a confession. He says he didn’t tell Porsha that Dennis cheated. It was Lauren he told.
Dennis calls out Dominique for telling Porsha’s sister Lauren that he cheated on her. According to Dennis, he didn’t know his staff rehired the woman he cheated on Porsha with. He has 600 employees. Dominique went back and told Porsha. Porsha got upset and dumped Dennis. This annoyed him because he wasn’t sleeping with the woman anymore at that point.
Dominique said he felt obligated to snitch because he was Porsha’s assistant then.
Dennis and Porsha have more tension.
Later on, everyone gets together for dinner. Dominique tells everyone that he and Dennis discussed him snitching.
Porsha said that Dennis rehired the bartender he cheated on her with. According to Dennis, this is snitching. And Dominique shouldn’t care what Dennis is doing with his “manhood.” Gina says everyone needs to get over what happened in the past. Porsha throws a verbal jab and says that Simon would never sleep with his bartender while his fianceé was pregnant.
In a green screen interview, Simon says he doesn’t think Porsha still has romantic feelings for Dennis. But she has a lot of resentment and she needs to let it go.
An altercation ensues.
Eventually, Dennis gets irritated with Storm for arguing with Gina. Porsha demands that security escorts Dennis and Gina out. Dennis is fine with this. As he and Gina get up to leave, Porsha continues to scream that he and Gina need to go. Storm once again has more to say and Gina tells Porsha she has no right to disrespect them. At some point, Porsha seems as if she’s about to get physical with Gina. Dennis gets in front of Gina and Porsha ends up swinging on Dennis.
Simon tries to calm everyone down but he’s not successful.
The episode ends on a cliffhanger.
