The upcoming season of “Basketball Wives” will be full of drama.
Brittish Williams has been filming the upcoming season of “Basketball Wives.” It’s possible producers wanted to change direction. OG believed she was a victim of colorism. She also accused Evelyn Lozada of racism. Evelyn clapped back with a defamation lawsuit. And OG responded by countersuing for emotional distress. So the two women didn’t film with each other last season. Both have departed the show.
As a result of the controversy, producers may have decided it was time for a cast shakeup. And “Basketball Wives LA” cast members were brought back. Malaysia Pargo and Jackie Christie had to film with some women they didn’t necessarily get along with years ago. It has been rumored that Malaysia isn’t in a good place with most of the returning cast members. She’s been clashing with Brittish, Brooke Bailey, and Brandi Maxwell.
Interestingly enough, feuds won’t be the only drama Brittish has to deal with. Months ago, it was revealed Brittish is dealing with some major legal issues. She’s been hit with five felony charges of misuse of a social security number, four charges of bank fraud, three charges of making false statements to the IRS, three charges of wire fraud, as well as three charges of identity theft.
She pleaded not guilty.
Well, there are more rumors about Brittish’s legal issues. Another “Basketball Wives” cast member may have been in contact with the authorities. And this may have led to her arrest.
