Sam Wright is dealing with the consequences of a recent arrest.
“Growing Up Hip Hop” star Sam Wright is used to being in controversial situations. Since his debut to the show, he’s had to deal with a lot of criticism. There are people who question his motives when it comes to his relationship with Egypt Criss. In fact, Tahira “Tee Tee” Francis and Briana Latrise have been the most critical on the show. They suspect Sam is only with Egypt to advance his own career. Sam and Egypt have denied this. But they haven’t changed Tee Tee and Briana’s opinion. As a result of the criticism, Egypt has cooled off on her relationships with both women. However, her own father Treach is starting to be concerned now. This is due to Sam’s recent legal woes.
Egypt’s brother Tyran Moore told Treach that Sam and Egypt were involved in a club brawl. According to Tyran, Sam’s friend was getting jumped. So Sam jumped in to help his friend. Egypt saw Sam fighting, so she jumped in because she felt he needed some backup.
Sam was arrested and charged with four counts of assault with a deadly weapon. While he awaits his fate, some of those close to him feel he should be taking the situation more seriously. On the upcoming episode, Sam gives his version of what happened that day. And he explained why he feels he didn’t do anything wrong.

Poor Sam looks proud to tell this story? He desperately wants to fit in with these people of different backgrounds of his. If wouldn’t be so eager he would have been accepted by now. I feel bad for him. Poor Egypt has obviously been sheltered she’s sweet and innocent and probably in love for the first time? With a man living in a car with 2 kids? He will die before he lets her go, or take her with him. She’s the youngest and spoiled by her whole family. The ladies should stay out of her business and let her learn like they had to?
