Kandi Burruss Was Surprised By Interaction with NeNe Leakes at Porsha Williams’ Wedding

Are NeNe Leakes and Kandi Burruss moving forward?

Kandi Burruss and NeNe Leakes struggled to get along for years on “Real Housewives of Atlanta.” At the height of their issues, Kandi said that she didn’t always care for NeNe’s attitude. And she thought NeNe had a “superior” and “stank” attitude toward her. So while she didn’t feel like she disliked NeNe, it was just hard for them to gel. As for NeNe, she had issues with how things played out behind the scenes. Her past public complaints sounded like thinly veiled insults to Kandi. So she was not on good terms with NeNe during her last season on RHOA.

NeNe has also been throwing a little shade at Kandi in her interviews. And she definitely made some time to be shady when it came to the Kandi & the Gang” ratings (the show was not renewed for a second season). NeNe’s actions have confused Kandi since she thought that she and NeNe didn’t still have beef.

Well, at least Kandi and NeNe were able to get along at Porsha Williams and Simon Guobadia’s wedding.

Kandi went live and revealed how well things turned out, “Nene Leakes was there. Cynthia Bailey was there. And NeNe was very nice to me!”

She continued, “We spoke, we shook hands. What? Now I know a lot of people be saying like we be having our ups and downs. We definitely be having our ups and downs.”

Kandi also shared that they saw each other again the next day and the vibes were still good.

“And then I ended up running into her again, yesterday, the very next day. And we hugged. Look at God! Won’t he do it?”

  1. I always said deep down inside Kandi and NeNe really love and respect each other. They want to be friends but their egos won’t allow it.

  2. I do not understand why Bravo won’t bring back NeNe when her real life is more interesting than the fake storylines and fake relationships Sheree keeps forcing on us.

  3. Nene was really nasty and toxic. Has everyone forgotten that. A little shade is fine, but when grown up women get ghetto- I’m out- no, we don’t need that back.
