Briana and Sakoya bond and Jojo gets advice about a home search.
Tonight’s episode begins with Briana at rehearsal with her band when Sakoya stops by. Sakoya recaps her talk with Layzie Bone with Briana, and she lets Briana know she’s unsure if she wants to deal with Layzie anymore. Meanwhile, Briana and Sakoya agree that Cree’s unstable.
Sakoya’s feeling some type of way about how Cree talked about Sakoya’s father. She and Briana agree to invite Cree to Briana’s upcoming event and confront her there.
Meanwhile, Jojo meets with his cannabis business partner Jason. Jojo hears the growing business needs him in LA full-time. Luckily, Jojo’s looking to purchase a home in LA as a surprise for Tanice. He hears that the market in LA is tight and he’ll need to put in an offer immediately if he likes a place.
Later on, Layzie Bone stops by a studio to hang out with Eric and Sam. During the session, Sam is realizing that writing songs for other artists may be a better career for him. Layzie tells Sam about his Hip Hop tribute concert. He wants to invite Sam to perform but with trouble surrounding Sam, he’s hesitant.
The hesitancy is confirmed when Sam lets them know regarding his case, the police confiscated an AR-15 gun and weed.
Jojo puts in an offer.
The next day, Jojo took Jason’s advice and is out looking at new homes in LA with Eric. Jojo didn’t tell Tanice about this as he doesn’t want to get her hopes up in a competitive market.
Jojo and Eric are impressed with the house. Despite this, Jojo learns there are six offers on the home. This applies pressure on Jojo to put an offer in. After talking it over with Eric, Jojo decides to put in an offer.
Meanwhile, Cree and her puppy meet with Vanessa at a coffee shop for a chat. Cree talks about her sit-down with Briana. She mentions that Briana was drinking during the event and Cree just let Briana be Briana. As she talks about this, Cree sheds tears as she’s dealing with multiple passings in her family.
Vanessa consoles Cree and provides a listening ear. She also invites Cree to an event Briana is hosting. Cree reluctantly accepts.
Aaliyah spoils Jojo’s surprise.
Later on, Tanice is in LA with Aaliyah shopping. Aaliyah reveals to Tanice that Jojo put in an offer for a house. She also tells Tanice about Eric’s gambling. Aaliyah reveals that Eric’s been at the casino every day late at night.
Tanice tells Aaliyah that she has the right to confront Eric about this. However, Aaliyah says Eric won’t listen. When Aaliyah tells Tanice about the offer, Tanice says she’s pissed at Jojo.
The next day, Briana’s guest show up to the event; Briana’s Gauntlet. This event was designed to get the ladies to really know one another. Briana becomes irritated when Cree answers her cell phone.
Back at their apartment in NYC, Tanice informs Jojo about the offer he put in on a house. Jojo explains what happens as Tanice fumes. He explains that the market is competitive and it was a home they couldn’t pass on. Tanice reveals she’s terrified about the move and Jojo consoles her.
After another back and forth, Briana bans Cree from all of her events.
And back at the party, things get tense when they play “Never have I ever.” Vanessa leaves and Cree stays. Sakoya talks about her tension with Tiny and Layzie Bone. This leads to a back-and-forth between Cree and Sakoya. Cree tells Sakoya that it is unfair to say that Tiny needs to do things in the right order, which includes not dating until she’s officially divorced. And she points out that Tiny probably didn’t judge Sakoya when she had a baby before marriage.
This upsets Sakoya.
Briana then steps in and confronts Cree about what she said. Tee Tee tells Cree that she says slick things under her breath and this annoys her. Cree responds that Tee Tee’s leave out annoys her and walks out.
This annoys Briana to no end and she yells at Cree on the way out. Aaliyah offers to go outside to check on Cree. Briana eventually heads out to confront Cree again. Cree says she’s going to speak her mind and not mince her words.
Briana tries to explain that she had trouble relating to the other ladies at first. However, Cree says she doesn’t have trouble relating and goes off on energy. Briana responds that Cree’s no longer invited to any of her events. However, Cree doesn’t seem to care too much.
What are your thoughts about the episode?
Cree needs to realize you can’t say everything you think. Regardless, it’s not a right or a privilage it’s ignorant & tacky to boot. Trust she won’t like it when it’s done to her, she’s not as perfect as she thinks, nobody is. Grow up
Briana can’t really fight and would have gotten her a-s whooped by Egypt if security wasn’t able to save her that day. The fact that she now has the audacity to call Cree unstable like she ain’t a whole alcoholic and drug addict on IG daily who curses out her own followers was hilarious. Briana thinks because now cast members are contractually obligated to film scenes with her that she fits in and can talk sh-t about Cree. But she is Cree. A true a-shole who speaks her mind unprompted. So what’s the issue when Cree does it?
Sakoya is a delusional a-s brat who is disrespectful to her mother. For some reason she wants her mom to be better than her dad was when he’s been hoeing and doing drugs for over 30 years.
Tee Tee is the most stank a-s person on the show. Sure, Sam may be…Sam. But imagine cutting your cousin out of your life because she didn’t make a decision you wanted her to. Tee Tee is a narcissist and I remember how much sh-t she used to talk about everyone else but now she wants to stand on the soapbox when Cree does it. Shut the f-ck up Tee Tee. You were Cree a few seasons ago.
All in all, it’s annoying watching Sakoya, Tee Tee, and Briana look down on Cree for being rude and stank like that ain’t what they’ve all been since they’ve been on this platform. Where is Romeo?
For a second, I thought I was in the twilight zone. I’m seeing so many comments dragging Cree and I’m like huh? How long have y’all been watching GUHH? Tee Tee and Briana especially behaved just like Cree for the majority of their time on the show. And Sakoya is very disrespectful to her mom but no one is calling her out for it because they hate Cree too much to admit she made valid points. JoJo was an awful husband. Tiny owes him nothing. She doesn’t have to wait for the divorce to be official to date when he was “dating” groupies when he was married.

I think they’re doing too much with Cree as well. I don’t think she should have said what she said to Sakoya in that moment in front of the others, but she was right. Sakoya is being hypocritical and it’s weird that everyone else feels the same way but won’t tell her. Briana isn’t as real as she portrays herself to be. I think she plays big and bad because deep down inside, she’s a coward. Egypt exposed that.
There are not many differences between Cree and Briana. At least Cree speaks her mind without being drunk in nearly every scene! Someone needed to tell Sakoya how stupid she sounded! I would never talk to my mother the way Sakoya talks to Tiny! I don’t like her!
I don’t like Sakoya either. She treats her mother like trash but worships her father. She’s very male identified and lame.
I really don’t like how they do the dark-skinned women on this show. They ran off Stevie J’s daughter and now they are ganging up on Cree. Sure, Cree doesn’t need to always give her opinions. But it’s hard to ignore how they let Briana do the same and much worse. It’s like it’s okay to be abrasive and opinionated unless you’re a dark-skinned woman. I may have to quit watching.
I agree that Cree needs to learn how to keep her opinions to herself when she’s not asked. But I agree with what she said to Sakoya. You can’t tell your momma to “do things the right way” when you and your daddy didn’t. Mind your business. And stop being jealous of Layzie Bone crushing on her. Like d-mn, is Sakoya just mad he wants her momma and not her?! Y’all also told not one lie about how hypocritical Tee Tee and Briana are being. Especially Briana!
Sakoya, NOT GROWING UP HIP HOP why is she on the SHOW……her daddy Sings R&B before his alcohol & drugs took over.
I guess everyone can have an opinion and state it except Cree because Briana is much worse and I don’t know why she’s even on the show. Her dad married Mary and stole her money. That doesn’t make her growing up hip hop.
