LaTisha and Marsau are put in a corner by Melody and Maurice.

This episode begins with Kimmi and Maurice stating that the “Blaque” Business Expo was actually a Comeback group idea originally. Marsau responds by saying he and LaTisha are trying to avoid using the name because of their messy past. Kimmi responds by saying Marsau is the messiest one.

Next, LaTisha and Melody go back and forth when Melody says she’s closed-minded when Maurice suggests Melody give a webinar of her masterclass and LaTisha disagrees.

In her interview, Melody says this back and forth is part of the reason why she doesn’t want to be a part of this, in addition to being in business with Martell.

Maurice says if the entire Comeback Group isn’t involved, he won’t be involved. When Marsau asks Melody if she’s willing to speak at the expo in person, Melody says she doesn’t know. They are taking baby steps right now, per Melody, and she’s not 100 percent ready to commit.

Marsau’s okay with it but LaTisha says this isn’t good because if they lose Melody, they lose Maurice which is something they don’t want.

Eventually, the meeting ends and Melody’s ready to let loose. So she books a pole dancing class and Invites Nail Fletcher to join her. Melody appreciates her loyalty amid everything that goes on.

Melody isn’t ready to reveal her new boo on the show.

After the lesson, Nail and Melody talk, and of course, Nail asks about the guy in her Instagram photo. She brings up to Melody that her fans, the Melometers are speculating online. Melody does confirm she was with this man while on her vacation. Melody also lets Nail know that she feels protected with her new man and he hits everything on her list.

When asked if she could meet him or even know his name, Melody says not right now. In fact, she may not even announce it until she’s possibly married to him. This is Melody’s way to avoid negativity, especially in light of her messy divorce from Martell.

Next, Melody tells Nail about the business expo and how she’s not comfortable working with them or going back into business with the Comeback Group. This is due to everything that has happened in the past and only time will be able to heal this.

LaTisha puts her foot down.

Meanwhile, LaTisha and Marsau are out viewing an apartment since their current home is being renovated, and their forever home is under construction.

Marsau says that he and their son MJ should stay at their current house. But LaTisha tells him he’s going to stay with her, along with Marsau. LaTisha says their current home won’t be a “bachelor pad.” But Marsau says this is how he can make sure the home is worked on quickly. Marsau says he’s willing to compromise but the increased cost will come out of their allowances.

The next day, Courtney meets with Marsau at one of Marsau’s project sites. The site is a barber shop being built in the strip mall anchored by Blaque. Courtney speaks to Marsau about working with family and brings up how he and Stormi had to fire Stormi’s cousin Junior. He tells Marsau the cousin was always showing up late and always on his phone while working at the facility.

Marsau tells Courtney a story of how he had to fire Maurice once. At the end of the conversation, Courtney says he’s going to fix it.

LaTisha and Melody continue to move forward.

Meanwhile, LaTisha, in an effort to continue to move forward, invites Melody out to fully understand Melody’s reservations regarding the business expo. After Melody arrives and they wrap up the small talk, LaTisha asks her thoughts about the meeting. Melody tells LaTisha they’ve been through so much since the last time they met 3 years ago. She says she hasn’t heard God tell her it’s time to be more involved and brings up where they were during the reunion filmed months earlier.

Melody also mentions she’s not desiring to be around Martell. She then confirms that she has a performance scheduled for the same weekend.

Overall, LaTisha feels the conversation went well.

Bettie clashes with her sister Lisa.

Stormi’s at home with Bettie burning sage trying to get as many good vibes as possible in her home. She’s preparing for a very tense conversation with Aunt Lisa about firing Junior. Stormi has Aunt Lisa and Junior over for the talk. Aunt Lisa wants to know why Stormi didn’t tell her about Stormi firing Junior. She really didn’t appreciate Bettie telling her about the firing.

Things get tense when Aunt Lisa asks if Canvas Beauty is Stormi’s business or Bettie’s business. It goes left when Bettie brings up how Stormi spent $15,000 to bail Junior out of jail. Aunt Lisa goes off for bringing this up in front of the camera and then brings up how Stormi was arrested when she was 19. In her interview, Stormi says the judge threw out the case and showed her empathy because she was in college at the time.

Aunt Lisa storms out of the house. It’s at this point, Bettie calls Junior condescending.

In an effort to diffuse the situation, Stormi goes after Aunt Lisa. Outside, Aunt Lisa calls Bettie evil. Meanwhile, Bettie and Junior argue and Aunt Lisa comes back in, demanding Bettie stop talking to Junior.

Lisa gets in Bettie’s face and tells her she’s no longer her sister. Stormi jumps in between them calling them both out. Lisa walks out again, calling Bettie the devil. Stormi goes outside and tries to talk to Aunt Lisa once more. In her interview, Stormi suspects this drama began when her grandfather became sick. They were actually close when Stormi was a kid but their father’s declining health drove a wedge between them.

Stormi tells Aunt Lisa that she’s like her second mom and Junior is like her brother. Despite this, Lisa says she never wants to speak to Bettie again and there’s no coming back from this.

The episode ends on a cliffhanger once Bettie comes outside.

  1. Stormi mother is a MISERABLE person and I can tell that just watching her on tv…I don’t blame her sister for not wanting to deal with her EVER again. Melody looks so HAPPY these day the guy dating her is one LUCKY man he is getting BEAUTY N BRAINS

    1. Yes she is an evil, woman. It shows in her face and expression. I see why Ms. Van does not want to be around these old ladies. I thought Ms. Wanda was bad, but I don’t know which is worst. Betty or Wanda. I am sure if they were placed in a sack and shook up they both would fall out at the same time

  2. Stormi’s mama decided she was going to get her 15 minutes at all costs.. pathetic.

I only have one question for Latisha, does Melody still have a dark soul? Anyone know if they had the event and it was successful?

  3. And why are they in their kid’s business? Ms Bettye showed me who she was at Mels tea party. She is too ignorant to be on TV, Bad look for a woman her age
