LAMH cast member Marsau Scott was arrested for a warrant stemming from a speeding ticket.
“Love and Marriage: Huntsville” star Marsau Scott is the latest in a long line of cast members to have a run-in with police. Marsau was arrested Friday evening in Huntsville, Alabama.
Marsau’s arrest stems from an Alias Warrant for aggressive speeding. In Alabama, an Alias Warrant is issued when a person fails to appear for a speeding ticket in traffic court. The ticket pertained to aggressive speeding, which in Alabama means Marsau received the ticket for driving at least 25mph over the reported speed limit.
Marsau was booked in the Madison County Jail on March 28th at 9:26 p.m. A few hours later, at 11:15 p.m., he was released on a $300 bond. According to Alabama court records, this isn’t Marsau’s first speeding ticket. Marsau received speeding tickets in 2008, 2009, 2018, and 2020. This is his first time having a warrant issued for missing an appearance.
This is the fourth arrest for an LAMH cast member since January 2024. Previously, Marsau’s brother, Maurice Scott, was arrested for a DUI on Memorial Day Weekend 2024. Destiny Payton was arrested on an Identity Theft charge, and Martell Holt was arrested on a Domestic Violence-Harassing Communications charge. Martell was convicted, and he is appealing his conviction. Martell’s appeal will be heard this May. Meanwhile, the state dropped Maurice’s DUI charges.
These people love getting arrested smh.
So basically a storyline was needed.
And he had enough nerve to say when his brother got arrested “‘we working with a bunch of criminals”. Well now, look, he got a mugshot too. Low class.
Now Marsau your reasoning behind your arrest was so preventable. Like why did you go get this ticket taken care of? I know you received tons of letters from lawyers after you giving a ticket you could have easily picked a traffic lawyer so they could do the rest.
Basically a storyline since Melody gone. Cause arguing with Martell has gotten old
