Tamar Braxton is a certified reality television star, but she hopes she can achieve the same success in the music industry. Just days after releasing her single “Love and War,” the single skyrocketed to the top of the charts on iTunes. The song has been getting rave reviews from everyone across the board, not to mention mega pop star Lady GaGa even took to her Twitter account to praise and promote the song to her millions of fans whom she affectionately refers to as “Little Monsters.” Tamar hopes she can prove herself as a legitimate solo R&B singer and step into her own spotlight, despite being a part of the Braxton family.
Tamar recently stopped by and chatted it up on VH1’s Big Morning Buzz Live to talk about what she says was unexpected success of her single.
When asked what she plans to do to celebrate the single’s success, Tamar says she’s like Vince to get her a new designer handbag. She also revealed her plans for the upcoming holidays and how she and the rest of the Braxton clan celebrate Christmas.

In related news, Tamar isn’t only getting buzz for her hit single. The reality star ruffled the feathers of some of Nicki Minaj’s barbies when she tweeted what many thought was some shade to Nicki’s legendary booty, which many perceive to be fake.

This of course didn’t go over well with the barbies. They have been in Tamar’s mentions since she tweeted it. Now it could have been a compliment, but Tamar has made no secret that she is a huge Mariah Carey fan. And we all know Tamar loves to low-key shade, just like her home girl Wendy Williams.
Regardless, Tamar wasn’t backing down when Nicki’s stans came for her:

Nicki’s fake booty is fair game. Everyone knows she looks ridiculous and she went too far with whatever procedure she used. She looks like a circus freak.

That was DEFINITELY shade. See, the thing about shade is it is not supposed to be obvious. It is supposed to be low key. Now why on earth would Tamar say she needs to do squats to get Nicki’s booty when everyone knows her booty is fake. LOL, she ain’t slick.
Tamar stop it! Really, stop it! Own your plastic surgery debacle. When you have too much work done to your features you develop a “lion-esque” look to your features (i.e.) Joan Rivers, Lil Kim & countless others; so unless you all swim in the same gene pool, you’re in denial.
Secondly, vitligo is not all encompassing. Look to the web for pictures.
Lastly, I love your new song! Keep up the good work and stop with the less than tactful attack on others, it is not a good look on a grown a** woman; especially one in the public eye.
