Rihanna to Take a Break After ‘Diamonds’ Tour?

Superstar singer Rihanna is having one of the best careers a pop star could possibly have in today’s very competitive music industry. She has surely proven that she won’t fall victim to being nothing more than a one hit wonder, and over the course of seven studio albums, she’s shown she’s here to stay with her first number one album in Unapologetic. However, Rihanna’s success isn’t just about music. Recently the star has officially added the title of fashion designer to her long list of accomplishments, as she just partnered with River Island to launch her own fashion collection. And if that’s not enough, she has also partnered with cosmetics giant MAC and now has her own line of makeup coming soon.

Rihanna’s personal life is also on a high, as it’s been confirmed that Rihanna is back dating her first love R&B singer Chris Brown. Although the couple have been a target of plenty of criticism for rekindling their romance, they remain committed to making it work and proving their naysayers wrong. So perhaps it makes sense that Rihanna might be considering taking a break, something she hasn’t done in a very long time since embarking on her success.

And that’s exactly what Ryan Seacrest says she’s planning on doing. Seacrest took to his radio show and revealed a source told him that Rihanna is thinking about sitting it out for a year after she wraps up her “Diamonds” tour:

“She’s been in this go mode for a while. Seven hit records in seven years. Sold-out tours, but sources say after this tour wraps, she plans to take up to a year off to unwind.”
