Mimi Faust’s dysfunctional relationship with her baby daddy Stevie J. has made for some very entertaining reality television, but in real life the reality star can’t help but be a target for ongoing criticism for not getting off Stevie J.’s bus and refusing to put up with his antics any longer. During season one of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta, the world was introduced to the infamous “love triangle” between Mimi, Stevie J., and Joseline Hernandez. Stevie J. clearly wanted to have his cake and eat it too, and by the end of the season, Mimi appeared to have left him. Just a few months ago she confirmed that she had a new man in Nikko, however, it’s rumored that the ship has already sailed and Mimi is back to the single life and entertaining Stevie’s antics. While Joseline has become frustrated with the situation, Mimi’s decided to get real about her feelings. In a recent interview with reporters, Mimi admitted that she’s still in love with Stevie J. and seeing him with Joseline “still hurts.” She says:
“Whatever he put me through, if you think the love turns off cause he put me through some sh*t, you crazy. It doesn’t work like that. This sh* still hurts today. That’s the bottom line. I’m not going to sit up here and lie to you and lie to none of y’all. This sh*t still hurt me. Every time I see those two motherf*ckers together, that sh*t hurts me.”

I know right. And she keeps making up all of these excuses as to why she’s still with him. Her storyline this season is full of ish. Talking about some she was tired so that’s why she didn’t go home and she is doing all of this for her daughter. THAT’S BULL!!!!! She’s so weak to me. She’s pretty, but she’s weak. Stevie J dissed her on a DAILY basis, not monthly or yearly basis. That ish makes me mad!
I wish she would just stop. She’s had 15 years to move on and she hasn’t. So that makes her a fool.

I hate when women use the tired of excuse for someone being their baby daddy for why they are still dealing with BS. Look, be cordial and raise the child like adults. But stop acting like that means you have to put up with their BS on a romantic level. Mimi is treating this man like a husband and like they took some vows or something. Get some common sense and move the hell on already. You owe him nothing but a peaceful co-parenting relationship.

I think Mimi is afraid to leave Steebie. After watching Monday night’s episode and seeing how he acted when she moved out I think he would hurt her if she tried to really leave him. Same with Joseline. If them cameras wasn’t rolling he would have popped her for asking for her contract. This may not be fact, but I think Steebie is an abuser and these ladies are afraid to leave. Just my thought.
