With the return of VH1’s hit reality show Love and Hip Hop Atlanta comes the opportunity to get a second glimpse of some of today’s most intriguing reality stars and an introduction to some new faces on the Atlanta Hip Hop scene. Traci Steele is a newbie on the show, and on episode two, viewers were introduced to her complicated relationship with the father to her son, DJ Babey Drew. It’s clear in the first few minutes of her appearance on the show that she isn’t one to hold back how she feels, and her outspokenness should easily help her fit right in with the outlandish cast that is most likely one of the reasons behind the flop season Love and Hip Hop New York just wrapped up.

Since Traci is a popular DJ in Atlanta, VH1 thought it would be a cool idea to ask her about her taste in music by asking her to pick who she felt were the better artists when given two different names. We’re sure VH1 wasn’t trying to be messy, but Traci was when they decided to shift gears to R&B. When the interviewer asked her to pick between Mary J. Blige and Keyshia Cole, the shade she provided which was then followed by intense laughing pretty much makes it clear how she feels about Keyshia.

VH1: Mary J or Keyshia Cole?

Traci: [laughs] Did you just say that out loud? Did you just put them in the same f—- category? [Laughs wildly]. Oooh Mary.

Ouch. Interestingly enough, Keyshia has been getting dragged for the last 24 hours. Not only did Traci Steele come for her but so did R&B singer Lil Mo who recently made an appearance on The Breakfast Club and said not only should she keep Beyonce’s name out her mouth, but Mo says she (Lil Mo) can sing circles around her easily.

    1. Or the talent and stage presence. Mary is a complete package. When she sings, everyone can FEEL IT. When she gets on the stage, YOU LISTEN. She’s also loved by most of her own peers. Keyshia, not so much for any of those things I just mentioned.

  1. See how quickly Keyshia became a punching bag to everyone in the industry? Sometimes it’s best to keep your opinion off of Twitter. I’m sure Keri Hilson is thankful for her though.

  2. Traci also shades her on her IG account. I think it’s safe to assume she’s not a Keyshia Cole fan.

  3. Lil Mo said the truth tho. Traci too. Keyshia wanted to be “so real” she forget to work on her “talent.” She’s mediocre and I’m ready for her to become completely irrelevant.

  4. I actually think Keyshia is a better singer than Mary. But she’s boring on stage, and isn’t as interesting to watch live. Not to mention that she doesn’t have that classy ghetto hood swag that we love Mary for. Keyshia’s just ghetto and rude.

    1. You really think she’s a better singer? I just think she screams a lot to hide the fact that she really can’t sing.

  5. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion because the girl said she didn’t like someone else song she’s a bad person and the punching bag of everyone’s jokes so everyone that’s going on her someone should make fun of you right NO they shouldn’t I could care less about either one because they’re not putting money in my pocket I pay my own bills but it’s not right go hard on beyonce for saying how she feels but your not going to do that I guess because your on her line she can do wrong This Is The world We Live In that’s so funny I guess she’s sasha fierce lol for everyone that knows the real about that NAME stop playing don’t care for Keyisha real don’t care for sasha if thats what she likes to be called but right is right and wrong is wrong
