Stevie J may be a big star on “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta,” but one of his baby mamas claims he hasn’t handed over any of his “bread” made from the reality show to pay child support. In fact, Carol Bennett claims the reality star and music producer owes her about $1.2 million in unpaid child support, and she thinks he has the money but just refuses to pay.
As we reported recently, Bennett has partnered up with the Custodial Support Foundation and Project Child Support to help her collect the debt, and it was confirmed to the press that they would go after Stevie’s assets if he did not fork over the money. It now appears Stevie J’s assets are now being targeted.
According to Vibe Vixen, Stevie J’s baby mama has hired two high-profile attorneys to locate and seize his assets. The site writes:
Bennett, the Custodial Support Foundation, and Project Child Support stated last month that if Stevie didn’t pay up, they’d start looking to uncover and seize his assets—and as of this month, they’ve appointed not one, but two high powered attorneys to do just that. One being Virginia M. Rucinski, with 19 years experience; the second being Maury R. Winkler, Esquire, a family law and entertainment attorney, who is well versed in child support collection procedures and determining the income of defendants who are entertainers.
Stevie hasn’t said anything publicly about the child support drama, but Bennett claims he left a voicemail recently begging her to stop talking about the situation to the media.
Deadbeat.
Stevie ought to be ashamed of himself. He needs to talk to this woman and work something out. Don’t be out here having all these kids if you can’t afford to take care of them.

Does he even have $1.2 million to pay or any real assets? I doubt it. He worked with Diddy and we all know Diddy doesn’t pay people. LOL.

But isn’t he paying child support for the little girl he has with Mimi? I wonder why he’s not paying for these 2 kids? That’s trifling.
It’s not uncommon actually. Some men are selective when it comes for which kids they will claim and take care of. Especially if they had a huge falling-out with the child’s mother.
I don’t even know if he pays her any child support. Let’s not forget how gullible and weak Mimi is. She has said in the past that she has to go above and beyond to take care of their daughter and she made it seem like Stevie wasn’t really providing for the little girl financially. Maybe things have changed since then but who knows.
This is a shame. He’s all on TV bragging about all the money he makes from LHHATL and won’t even provide for his kids. Despicable.
Stevie is so low down for this. Those kids didn’t ask to be here. Man up and take care of your kids.
Stevie J is such a dead beat. He needs to stop trying to floss on tv and pay his child support. Word of advice to his baby mother if he is really legally married to Joseline her assets can seized as well. She is just as much responsible for his debt being his wife. Joseline wants to be ride or die pay that child support.
Stevie sucks for this man. I didn’t have a whole lot of respect for him to begin with, but I have none for him now.
I don’t blame her. Seize his assets and get that money. I can’t stand men who refuse to take care of their kids.

I just don’t understand a man that doesn’t do whatever it takes to take care of his DNA. That’s just odd to me.
