While people are still debating if Drake actually responded to Jay Z’s diss with subliminals in his “Draft Day”track, Drake just dropped a new track.

On “Days in the East,” just from the lyrics alone, it sounds like he actually spits some bars about his romance with Rihanna and her on and off romance with Chris Brown. He raps:

Waiting for you to give in and hit me up/ So I can fall through like old times and hit it up

As well as:

Before you said “you’re mine”, I was yours already…

And:

Told you about giving him chances and chances and chances/He’s not holding you down, he’s holding you back right now

Check out the track below:

In more music news, Drake isn’t the only one dropping new music. Keyshia Cole is still slanging some new tracks for her fans, and this time she released a new song with female rapper Iggy Azalea. The duo did a new spin on Diana Ross’ hit song “I’m Coming Out.”

In the song, Keyshia penned a new ladies anthem as she sings about how exciting it feels to be newly single and have her girlfriends along for the ride.

  1. Drake’s song is cool. I had to stop Keyshia’s song early because Iggy annoys the hell out of me. Her rap voice makes me want to pull out all my hair and watch some of Kenya’s straight to DVD films.

  2. Drake is on a roll! I’m loving this song too. I would like Keyshia’s song more if she didn’t have Iggy on it. She should have switched her out for Nicki.

  3. Drake spills a lot of tea in his songs. This basically confirmed that Rihanna was hopping back and forth between him and Chris for years. I knew there had to be a bigger reason why he threw that bottle at Chris.

    1. Oh yes. Rihanna was going back and forth between the both of them, but Drake is better for her. I hope she understands this now and won’t go back to Chris and the Karrueche drama.

  4. Keyshia is losing my interest. I’m not sure what it is, but her music has been lacking lately. And I loath Drake’s singing. It ruins everything for me.
