The other day, TMZ claimed it obtained a copy of a restraining order Eva Marcille took out on her baby daddy Kevin McCall. She accused McCall of getting violent during an argument, and she also claimed in the order that he kicked down several doors and even allegedly threatened to punch her. Days after the restraining order was granted, Eva was back to posting happy photos of her, Kevin and their daughter to Instagram.
Kevin isn’t happy with the reports and the responses he’s getting on social media, so he took to Twitter to deny that a restraining order was even filed against him. He tweets:
Interestingly enough, Eva has been quiet on the matter completely.
He needs more people.

How is being accused of threatening to hurt your child’s mother hilarious? This tweet makes him seem guilty.

A somebody? I didn’t even know who he was until he got with Eva. I know him as Eva’s baby daddy. That’s it. So he’s cocky and has anger issues. That’s a terrible combination.
What an arrogant response. And it’s nothing hilarious about what he’s been accused of doing. The fact that he’s not taking it seriously says a lot about his character or lack thereof.
If TMZ is lying, then why won’t he sue? Answer, because he knows it’s the truth and Eva did file a restraining order.
