Iggy Azalea Responds to Erykah Badu’s Shade

Erykah Badu threw some digs at Iggy’s rapping abilities during the Soul Train Music Awards and Iggy is not happy about it.

US Weekly writes:

Who dat, who dat? Iggy Azalea is known as much for her Twitter outbursts and her public breaks from the social media site as for her music. And on Tuesday, Dec. 1, the Australian rapper returned after a brief hiatus to call out those questioning her career.

“Hi guys i know its been a while,” she began. “We are days from 2016, but i came online today and saw its still cool to try and discredit my 2014 accomplishments. LOL, f—king hell. Seems exhausting. Anyway – Ive been enjoying the holiday season and i hope you all have too.”

The tweets come after singer Erykah Badu dissed Azalea, 25, at the 2015 Soul Train Awards on Sunday, Nov. 29. While hosting the show, Badu, 44, pretended to take a phone call from the “Fancy” emcee, saying, “Oh no, you can come, because what you’re doing definitely ain’t rap!”

  1. Iggy is always in her feelings. Now she knows she can’t rap. People will continue to point out the obvious and she will deal.

  2. I agree with Erykah but I’m disappointed she did this because all she did was put Iggy right back into the spotlight after the world pretty much forgot she existed. We have to let her stay in 2014. The less we talk about her, the better off we will all be.

  3. Iggy actually shaded herself. She said in so little words that her career lasted for one year…2014. LOL.

    1. Exactly. And she’s weak for not at least @’ing Erykah. She knew Erykah would tweet her back that ether I guess. LMBO.

  4. LOL that’s all she had to say??? Bish is beyond wack she could’ve kept that response….and stayed #hibernating
