According to TMZ, Ciara is not just suing Future for $15 million but she’s requesting a gag order be placed on her ex as well. She also feels Future is badmouthing her to sell music:
In the suit … obtained by TMZ, Ciara calls out Future for a radio interview in which he discussed a now infamous photo of Wilson pushing Ciara and Future’s son in his stroller. Future said, “She probably set him [Russell] up. You letting them catch that photo. Leave my son out of all the publicity stunts.”
Ciara points out several other interviews, but she’s also pissed about her baby daddy’s Twitter rant in January when Future said, “This bitch got control problems … I gotta go through lawyers to see baby future … the f***ery for 15k a month.”
In the suit, Ciara says she goes out of her way to make sure Future sees their son — and says they’ve had at least 19 visitations (some spanning several days) since December 2014.
Just last week TMZ got video of Future and his son in L.A. while Ciara was on vacay with Wilson. We thought it was a sign they were settling their differences, but that’s clearly not the case.
Ciara believes Future’s comments were said with malice. She’s suing for slander and libel, wants all his nasty tweets deleted, and wants him blocked from saying anything about private family matters regarding baby Future … in the future.
Apparently Ciara’s lawyers have been trying to get Future to publicly retract his statements but he’s been allegedly ignoring the requests.

According to comments filed in the lawsuit, Ciara’s lawyer fired off a letter to Future’s representation on January 4th in which she stated, “I am very confused about the parenting time disagreements”. She accused Future of agreeing to a set schedule of 7 days per month with his son and then breaching the deal and demanding different dates.
Further, the lawyer says,
It is entirely untrue to state that Ms. Harris has refused your client’s parenting time requests. At a minimum, it is a gross representation, and your client should cease and desist from attempting to publicly humiliate my client on social media by lying about paying her $15k/month in child support while not being able to see his son.
She then rips apart the rapper saying,
it is precisely this lack of self-control and discipline exhibited by Mr. Wilburn today that has Ms. Harris worried about multiple, extended periods of parenting time, especially given the events of the most recently visitation periods, and the fact that when you client requests parenting time, it has been when he’s scheduled professional obligations and he would be unable to spend time with the child anyway.
The rapper’s lawyer responded to multiple emails regarding dates Future wanted to have their son but refused to acknowledge Ciara’s lawyers’ questions about his social media comments.
The singer’s lawyer then angrily said, “Could you please explain why your client called Ms. Harris a “bitch” on social media for the world to see today, and why he misrepresented to the world that he pays her $15k per month?” followed by “Please stop ignoring my question”.
An email sent later on by Ciara’s lawyer stated,
it appears that your client is the one with the problem communicating with Ms. Harris. After his very public tantrum on twitter, our client contacted him directly about parenting time. Instead of being an adult, he had his mother respond to our client.
Future’s lawyer finally addressed the situation by stating the rapper wanted to reach an amicable solution with his baby mama. However, the lawyer took issue with Ciara representing herself as a helpless victim and mentioned there are two sides to every story. She also requested that Ciara’s lawyer show her evidence of Future defaming her in his public comments along with proof she tried to make visitation for the rapper easy. She added, “That is what a good mother would do”. Future has yet to respond to Ciara’s allegations in court.
Yes Ciara! Hit his a-s where it hurts. He is such a lame. What man goes around slandering the mother of his child like that? He is so bitter.
It’s what losers do. He can’t stand that she’s with a much better man now. He can make all the corny mixtapes he wants, but he will never have half the success Russell has and it kills his pride knowing that.

I don’t see how anyone can drag Ciara about this when none of them gave a damn when Future disrespected her on Twitter like she wasn’t the mother of his son. I’m so tired of other black women defending these bums and expecting women like Ciara to shut up and take the mistreatment. We don’t have to take abuse from anybody. Especially not losers like Future.
Yeah some of the comments I’ve seen from other women on Instagram are disturbing. But then again, these are the same people who blamed Rihanna for Chris assaulting her. The lack of self love is real.
I don’t see how any woman can hate on this. Future is not a good father and he’s dragging Ciara for publicity. What real man only sees his child 19 times a year? What real man bashes the mother of his son for lackluster album sales? He’s a joke on so many levels.

This is messy. I was defamed on Facebook by my baby daddy. He went on a big tantrum calling me names and spilling lies because he owed me 30K for back child support. He was upset because I would not write a letter to the CS people to dismiss the back child support. He applied for SSID and today I am happy to announce, I got my 30k…Winner! Kids are grown and out of school; supported by me!
