Reginae Carter can’t always be sure of whom to trust with such famous parents.
In a recent interview with Page Six, she explains why it’s tough sometimes to get close to other people.
Page Six writes:
The 18-year-old appears on “Growing Up Hip Hop Atlanta,” but says having a famous dad is not all it is cracked up to be. “I had a friend, and I trusted her and everything, but she turned around and backstabbed me,” she told us.
“She never showed me a side of her to being fake or that she was just here for the benefits … but it did not quite end up like that. So at this point in my life, I really have to see who is there for me, and it is really hard.”
Or just maybe she’s really unlikable? I would imagine it’s hard for her to keep friends because she’s so pretentious.
LMBO! Well damn!
I would feel bad for her, but she’s so so cocky and extra for no reason.
This.
Well this is why it’s just easier to have a small circle of other kids in a similar position.
Well doesn’t Reginae herself place a lot of importance on her dad being Lil Wayne? I mean if she makes such a big deal out of it all the time, she can’t be too surprised that others are doing the same and want to take advantage of that fact.
Amen. It’s simple. Stop making everything about who your parents are and just maybe you can develop some real friendships.
Nothing’s going to be all good because nothing is perfect. Thats life.
She just has to learn how to read people.
I just don’t care for this young lady. She’s really arrogant. Like hard to take arrogant.
Fake friends, I would be surprised if she had any friends.
