He says his dad is not happy that he has to spend $10,000-$15,000 for his lawyer.

Boogie then mentions that his lawyer suggested he go to an AA meeting, and Briana volunteers to go with him.

Angela still wants to reconcile with Daryan.

Angela is meeting with Katrina, her assistant to plan an event in New York. This even will be for her hair business she is involved in. She tells Katrina she wants Daryan to be involved in the event as a model.

She reveals that she and Daryan have been talking via their group chat. Katrina agrees, and suggests she calls her mom.

Angela agrees, and then calls her mom to put the bug in her ear about the event. Her mom gives her advice about how to talk to Daryan.

“You can come across as very abrupt. Talk to her, not at her.” – Angela’s mom

Angela tells her mom Daryan needs to want to come around and be more cordial also, if their relationship is going to improve.

“I can’t force her to talk to me or fix it.”- Angela

Boogie’s late for the AA Meeting, and Briana is angry.

Briana is at Boogie’s AA meeting, but he isn’t there. She calls him to tell him that needs to hurry up and get here.

However, Briana only gets his voicemail. She is really worried and angry with Boogie about his sudden, abrupt behavior.

The AA coach gets Briana to join the meeting, and she texts him that he needs to get there ASAP.

“I only agreed to come to this AA meeting because of him.” – Briana

The leader of the meeting has everyone have talk, and share their stories. The other people in the meeting are at different levels and times of recovery. When it’s time for Briana to talk, she tells the group that she is not in recovery.

She then reveals that she dealt with drug issues in the past.

“I grew up panhandlin’, smokin’ cigarettes and dope. I’m okay with that now. It’s been a while. I’m over it.” – Briana

She then tells them she is only there to support her friend Boogie.

Tee Tee braces for Pepa’s anger.

Egypt is hanging out with Tee Tee and she tells Tee Tee that she told Pepa that she gave her the book.

Tee Tee Says she knew this would happen, and she is now bracing for the worse.

“I’m gonna get in all this s*** while Egypt is like, now upset but maybe has clarity. I’m the only one who’s in the doghouse.” – Tee Tee

Egypt apologizes for ratting Tee Tee out and says she’s going to talk to her dad about what was in the book.

“He told me never get a guy who beats you, but like, you beat her. If he knows it’s so wrong, why did he do it?” – Egypt

Tee Tee lets her know that her inexperience may be leading her to some potential heartbreak.

“Egypt, I think this is when your age shows, babe, because someone can want better for you than they have for themselves.” – Tee Tee

She then tells Egypt that she’s gonna feel more hurt going to her dad about this.

Boogie arrives late, and Briana discovers his other addictions.

At the AA meeting, Briana is still listening to the other people in the meeting.

Boogie then arrives, joining the AA session an hour late. He tells the group what happened, and his voice sounds slurred. Briana notices this, discovering that he has issues that go well beyond pills.

“I’m no stranger to drugs, baby. Don’t you ever walk up in here looking as s*** faced as you do. That is not alcohol. I thought you had an alcohol problem, okay. This s*** is gettin’ real.” – Briana

She then asks Boogie how long has he been sober, but he doesn’t answer.

Then she asks him, “Are you high right now? Are you on pills right now?”

Boogie said he did what anyone would do if they had anxiety.

“I didn’t get it from my doctor. I got it from the street pharmacist.” – Boogie

Briana is livid with Boogie for getting high before the AA meeting. Boogie asks why she is mad, and she lays it all out.

“For one, you look like you’re off your s*** right now.” – Briana

Boogie then randomly starts violently shaking his head, trying to regain his composure. He then tells her that he’s been stressing out about the DUI and getting kicked out of Dame’s house.

The AA leader asks what’ll happen if he gets caught doing drugs. Boogie says he’ll have to serve 10 days in jail.

Briana openly says that jail may be good for him.

“Boogie needs a legit wake-up call at this point. Like, I think that he hasn’t had to actually face any consequences for his actions, so he doesn’t understand the severity of the situation. But let you be a black man whose parents not be in the industry, and your outcome would be completely different and probably tragic.” – Briana

Briana then goes into her story of substance abuse. She revealed she did drugs as a way to cope with pain. Her drug use was at the cost of her childhood.

She breaks down into tears telling him that he needs to change his lifestyle. She is really concerned about him. He seems to take her seriously and replies, “I’m my own worse enemy.”

Romeo is hosting a party and one of his friends, model Kiana Alexis, is flirting with him. Romeo says they are getting to know one another, but are currently in the friend zone.

However, he says, “She is one of most beautiful women in the world.”

While this is going on, Briana texts him, letting him know of the drama she’s dealing with involving Boogie. So he gets all of the liquor out of house, moving the party to the club.

She also calls Dame, letting him know that she needs some help dealing with Boogie.

Vanessa stops by and she is happy to see the two of them talking, willing to grow closer. Angela says they cleared the air.

Pepa goes off on Tee Tee for giving her book to Egypt.

Pepa is livid that Tee Tee gave Egypt the book. She says she bought Tee Tee out to LA to look after Egypt, not to get Egypt riled up the way she did. She also says she need to look after the family better than how she is now.

When she meets with Tee, Pepa expresses her anger and disappointment in giving Egypt the book. Tee Tee realizes that Pepa is livid and is going to let her have it.

“I know I am in trouble. This is literally how I die.” – Tee Tee

Tee Tee tries to defend herself in giving the book to Egypt, saying she thought she could handle it, and a shouting match ensues.

“You don’t make that decision!” – Pepa

Tee Tee replies, “But you wrote it!”

“If you didn’t want Egypt to know about this stuff, then maybe you shouldn’t have written this book.” – Egypt

When they calm down, Pepa explains that she was going to tell Egypt about the book in due time, when she felt like she was ready. She tells Tee Tee she robbed her of the moment to tell her and the book had content that was really hard for Egypt to handle.

Tee Tee apologizes and Pepa tells her to stay out of it the next time Egypt comes to her about the contents of the book.

Kristinia meets with El Debarge, and calls her grandmother to get to the bottom of the rumor.

Kristinia meets her uncle El Debarge in the studio. She wants to bring up the rumor about her dad having a secret child. Her grandmother thinks she found her secret half-sister.

Her uncle asks if she’s trying to be extorted. She just says she is tired of hearing about these rumors. So, she wants to call her grandmother and set up a DNA test with the woman.

Her uncle agrees and her grandmother agrees to set it up.

“My grandmother really thinks this girl is my half-sister.” – Kristinia

Angela is in New York, hosting her party for her hair-line with D’Andrea, her friend.

Daryan is there, and she’s happy about it. Angela’s mom is there too, and everyone is getting past their differences.

Egypt gets her dad’s side of the story and Briana meets with Dame about Boogie.

Egypt meets with her dad Treach to talk about the book. She tells him that she read the book, and she wants him to make things better. She doesn’t want to take sides, but she wants answers.

Treach tells her that they got together when they were young, and he was “rough around the edges.”

He tells her the book was full of lies. He admits to being in physical altercations with Pepa, but says he wasn’t a savage.

“I’m used to being the bad guy. I’m not no angel, but I’m not no demon. I’m not no f****** savage man.” – Preach

Treach and Egypt break down and cry. Egypt was taken aback by that crying gesture, and feels bad about the heat he’s taking about the book.

Briana heads over to Dame’s house to talk about Boogie’s addiction. She tells him that he is also addicted to pills and lean.

  1. Next week’s episode looks good Angela paid her dust when she tried to apologize to her, and I would have done the same she’s been sh*ttin on her all season long I wouldn’t have two words to say to her.
